There is a long discussion about this issue. Please check my 1 month old posts.you will find all the possible fixes available and hope this issue is fixed.
Just to give you a glimpse of this the problem is that certain (some 200ml) of fuel gets evaporated from the bike.me, RohIIT and Divya Sharan tried for a fix.the best way to find it out is once you hit reserve put fuel for around 1.6 litres(100 rs INR) drive the bike .if you drive continuously you to should be able to drive for atleast 55-57 kms.if you park it for 9-10 hours somewhere then it goes till 46-48 kms.that's how you can segregate the problem.my problem after replacing with the new carb wasn't fixed though.
Thanks bro, I will do thorough search.
Your bike is a part of you....

I had taken the bike to service center to the service guys and replacing rhe carb had NO impact on performance. I am on the road abhi so the service guy would be picking my bike up on tuesday and get it looked into.

Btw, for all those who have gotten spark plugs changed please make sure that the model is the correct one. Krishna bajaj put the spark plugs for 150cc into my bike. Luckily i had the bill to prove it due to which my ASS guys took it up with Krishna Bajaj directly. The correct spark plugs have some code like R6 or RJ6 mentioned on it.
So what should I do now? Should I go to the ASS directly? And problems you were facing earlier,do they still persist after the carb change?

They might be having the spare parts catalogue of the first generation Pulsar 200NS. It doesn't have the tank pad. Only the second generation Pulsar 200NS which include the the dual tones have the tank pad. Try to get the latest spare parts catalogue of 200NS. It might be having the part number of tank pad.

Unfortunately, no. I have the latest one for dual tone, and a tank pad is nowhere to be seen in the catalog :banghead:

Don't worry.
I also did get 150 kms for 200 rs petrol 1 year back while riding between speeds of 45-55 kmph.

OT - Friday 19th Feb 2016 : Had a super boring weekend ahead of me, friends out of station and lying at home doing nothing was way too boring. Decided to take the Devil home - Bhangarh.

Sunday 21st Feb 2016 : Right now I am at Alwar itself so would be posting the pics once I am back, although not very many.

Needless to say, the Devil was everything you would want out of a fighter and more.

I pray, dear God please protect my ride
And if I lay down my bike today
I pray to God I walk away...
I walk away to ride another day
