I bought KTM adjustable lever ( for my friend ) from the same website for 350 RS which is worth more than 2000 RS & trust me build quality was way better then the one we get it here ..
Oh nice. Real time online bargaining

Sorry to hear about your accident, hope both u nd ur bike escaped without any harm.

Euroslips are indeed the achillies heel of this bike.
It rained abit in delhi today, so ventured out to find out that how bad are these euro slips....and they are Bad...like really Bad!!!

I was on an open wet patch where i tried this, the wheels will lockup no matter what type of biasing u use, wheels were lockin up at speeds as low as 25 kph!!! So dont expect much at higher speeds.
The only safe way u can travel on wet road is slow with ample gap between u and the vehicle in the front.

Don't know what bajaj was thinking, i mean they gave us really good brakes but gave us the worst set of tyres!!

Tyres are simply hopless on this, too bad i cant switch thanks to financial constraints, so i guess i just have to keep riding slow.

Thanks for the concern bro. I'm alright with few bruises in my left hand but the bikes front mudguard is broken and clutch lever is bent.

Squeaking noise coming from back tyre.
Can anyone help me resolve it..?
Changed the brake pads yesterday after 17k km's.
              still the noise is coming.

Try riding for 3-4 kms without touching the rear brake. Then touch the rear disc and if it is hot, your brake pads are placed very close to the disc. SVC can get it rectified.

Disclaimer-: Neither xbhp or me promotes the removal of rear view mirrors, as they're equally important as your helmet, your gloves or your head.
However, in the context of my riding style and riding pattern, I'm simply stating this.

I've removed RVM as of NOW ,my avg running on ns is around 10kms a week (even that's not a sure thing) ,so I decided to remove RVM as my running is extremely low + riding mostly in bazaars, narrow streets and breaking my RVMS many times. .
But it looks a total beauty after removing RVM,my God if you look from front, you'll notice it has now transformed from kinda discoverish to PROPER NAKED BIKE .
                  Enjoying the looks and attention.
Note- if you're tempted to remove the RVMS ,please read the initial context of this POST and try to understand THE EPITOME of it.
                  Thanka.

                    Help guys,
When accident took place, some fuel was leaking from my bike. It stopped when i cut the fuel supply. After all the argument and settlement, I turned the fuel supply back on and rode my bike home. Today when i tilt the bike i saw drops of fuel falling down(1 to 2 drops). On further inspection, I found some fuel under carburetor, which starts dripping when i tilt the bike. Anyone know whats wrong?

Check the float of the carburetor.

To all the experienced guys out there...I have clocked a 1000Kms on my odo today. Followed the run in speeds till about 750kms and then the power of the bike just was irresistible. After which i shifted gears at around 6k to 7k range and got upto speeds of 80.Most of my rides have been on the highways. Is this gonna affect my bike a lt, if so, how?
Cause then for the remaining 1000 kms i will control the horses. This is my first bike and i am just too excited with the power this Ns has to offer me. PLease give me your suggestions.

Don't accelerate like a drag racer, just do it gradually and enjoy your ride.

Actually, accelerate like a drag race all you want and ride it like you stole it but only if you're have it under control .. careful with the power, it can also bite you hard. because believe me, the bike pulls really hard if you're redlining in lower gears, try it.. an 8-9k rpm take off in 1st gear, all the way to redline, quick shifting till you reach 100 km/h, that feeling for new riders will almost replicate an orgasm! And please learn well about it's braking characteristics...

I was puzzled with my rear height starting to appear lower than the others.. as I had fiddled with my suspension setting recently. One of the reason is also because the rear tyre is worn out.. has lost some mm .. hence decrease in rear height by a tiny bit can be noticed and felt. I took it to the service center to get this problem rectified and this is what I came up with (see pictures).. I feel like a fool now!

I concluded that the bike's suspension & rear height is absolutely fine.. some mm can and will be gained as soon as I switch to a new tyre. Gonna take on the monsoon season like a pro.. with these nanga Euroslip tyres.. wish me luck!
