Use washing powder or a 5 rupees RIN or Vim bar, wash both plates with the soap applied directly, use strength 💪 there 😂, also wash the disk plates too.

While washing the bike with wet cloth or direct water from pipe, Is there any specific part which should not be exposed to water? I try not to wet the console. Other then that is there any part, water should not sprayed or poured? Plus which oil should be used for oiling the regular parts ? Can edible oils be used? I have used engine oil, is it usable for lubrication(Not the chain)?

Also, do the regular SVC's sell spares to us directly, When not getting installed from them? Or is there any specific outlet for spares purchase?

Im having clicking noise in engine head only when the engine get warmed up. So i thought its the tappet clearance issue. I have adjusted the tappets myself as per many guides, YouTube videos,... But still the same noise is there. Is it common in all ns or some valve related issue?

I had similar issue in my AS200. Visited SVC and found out cam chain tensioner was culprit. Replaced it under warranty. In case if you are out of warranty the MRP of part is rs193 printed on the box.

Just noticed a leak on the left side of engine . Service Centre guy mentioned it is due to leak in engine packing and i had to get it replaced & pay for it (1500-2000rs INR). bike is under warranty and has done 16k kms.

is this a leak from Engine? i thought it is leaking from the wires coming out of alternator (Marked 1) as they seem torned up badly.

did you feel any pickup or any other issue when cam chain tensioner was culprit except sound.

Replacing all the oil seals and gasket(s) will solve the issue most probably. It would cost less than 300 rupees.

As far as I know, no motorcycle on planet earth carries engine oil in wires. Just think about it. Those are wires man - electrons pass through them!

No, these are consumables, hence not covered in warranty. You may decide to leave it as is IF oil level doesn't reduce substantially over time. Keep monitoring the level every 100 km. If not much oil disappears, don't bother disturbing the stock engine packing (gaskets). You may get the oil seals replaced wherever needed though.

Engine feels smooth and yes pickup is improved after the replacement.

Electricity doesn't pass through engine oil. It is an insulator to moderately high voltages.

That's not the issue here. The leak is coming from the rubber part through which wires are routed, of course.
Edit: he means oil coming between the wires in the bad rubber, not from inside the wires!

Escalated the issue to Bajaj, got call from dealer within half hour. he told me not to escalate without contacting him but i guess he forgot i asked him to fix it three time already.

i dont want to get the engine opened as i dont trust the ASS guys so i will take the advise and will monitor Engine oil Level and top up as required.
