You get it with dukes or rc tool box or else you can purchase separately from svc...
Or you can ask for c spanner in a hardware store

None of the hardware shops I enquired had that C spanner. And what would be the mm size?. I think there are many.

Can we buy tool kit of RC from SVC?. What would be the cost any idea?.

Nope. Rather you can contact manufacturer's marketing division directly. But they do not encourage to distribute to the public. This is learnt from one of the manager of HeroHonda during a freelance mechanic workshop. May be that is the case of HH then, hence it is worth a shot.

Hero's tool kit costs max 2-300 and has that tool for adjusting shocks. Plus you also get some spanners . This C spanner is available almost everywhere in hardware shops , ask them for eye spanner and they will understand. Its 5 mm thick overall .

Hi, few days ago I bought a 200NS from a friend of mine. It was 2yrs old with just 4200kms clocked. I've upgraded the horn.

Coming back to my question, I badly need a mobile phone mount but I'm unable to find anything that fits. Almost all mounts these days come with a big clamp that can't be fitted anywhere. Can someone suggest me the mount that fits perfectly without any shakes and if possible the website links as well from where I can buy.

I don't think you can find an Indian chain/sprocket set like that with same specs. Btw, Pulsar 150's chain & sprockets will SUIT, but it's not an O-ring chain. Neither does it have the same strength.
Thanks bro for the info ... I was checking on the tensile strength and came across the following specs from the website

Can someone please explain out to me as to whats with the 428 and the 428H ? In order to get the 428 / 428H do we need a change in sprockets ? If yes, how to calculate the front and rear sprocket teeth count to keep the gear ratios the same or as close as possible to stock.

Got one done up on my NS and had a phone charger and the aux lamp switches installed on it. I got it done up at my local guy and so can you bro. I can post a pic if you would like to. Even though the mod is not complete since I am waiting for my phone mount and the brace bar cover it would give you a pretty good idea as to how it can be done. I was just too lazy to do it myself, if you have access to a pipe cutter and a driller you can do the same at home too.

As krixna mentioned, you must have been riding in fifth gear because you should be touching around 74km/h at about 5000rpm in top gear. Another possibility is that the bike is running way leaner than it actually - this being a hypothetical assumption.

Can Anyone confirm this? Or i have to ask bajaj...

That should be covered under warranty.

Hi everyone,
During this mini vacation got time for my NS. Me and my one friend took tools in hands to identify the reason for coolant disappearing. Opened fuel tank cover, right side radiator cover and coolant reservoir. Everything seems fine and still I can't see any leaking outside as well as inside of the Engine as the Engine Oil color is same Red as new. One thing I noticed with coolant reservoir is, even if slight pressure applied on it, coolant starts leaking via overflow pipe. So I suspect that due to engine vibes coolant is flowing out of reservoir. Filled up coolant up to max and started riding in city. Engine feels smooth as ever. Within 50 kms, coolant is again now below max level. Any solution guys? Again asked SVC about this and they told me to drop the bike tomorrow to rectify this.

Hi fellow bikers,

I own a 200ns and it has run for about 10k kms. I hadn't had any substantial issues with it as yet but one fine day i was on the highway and found that it won't go beyond a 100kmph. I started to feel a lack of power after that and the fuel economy has gone for a toss. Could anyone please suggest as to what might be wrong and what could be done to fix it. Riding is my passion and to see a performance bike without power is just killing me inside.

Thanks
