Thanks for the reply , today he informed me that the noc is ready and he also got the noc from the finance company stating that the finance is over .

But should i take all the responsibility and do all paper works by myself or should i wait until the seller completes all procedures .
Also how much will it cost to transfer ownership and re register and updating that the finance is over in rc book .

    I am from Kerala

It takes peanuts (< Rs.200 in total - only official fees) when compared with the cost of the bike. The responsibility of have the name transferred and ensuring the RTO acknowledge it lies on the seller as it is life is at stake. There is wiki-how site that details for Tamilnadu, but basically it is same for all other states.

One of my friend sold his bike and realized that it has changed few hands and still on his name when he received a knock on the door by police. He had moved his house since registering and hence the court summons for a hit and run case on the current owner has landed on his arms. He has spent few lakhs already just to fight to prove that he is not the one involved in the incident and it is almost close to a decade and still the case is going on. One small mistake cost him dear.

But when i asked about the documents he told me that NOC has been expired and his bike is in finance ( though he closed it ) . But getting new NOC and finance update in RC book by about 12-15 days quoted by the seller . He told me that he will complete the ownership transfer and send the documents to me .
So my concern is will i need to wait until all papers are clear or take the bike this weekend .

Same as what @Pinaki mentioned. Just make sure you get it on hand and witness it and then go ahead for purchase. Also check for bike conditions such as ride quality, vibration or engine harshness. Also get all his service receipts. Please note that Bajaj warranty covers for 1st owner only. Hope you are aware. Take it to a 2/4 wheeler license agent nearby and get it verified and they will help you do the RC transfer process very easily at little cost. I did the same in just 1 day to sell my Disco 125 in OLX prior to buying NS.

But the top layer of tarmac which had melted and caused deformation. This is kind of continuous battering and is pronounced with higher speed. I am unable to drive past 80 kmph and it gets unpleasant. There are some stretches which are flat and still I could manage only 95kmph on that stretches.

I actually enjoy the this stretch of Vandalur-Kelambakkam road where the road is smooth, remains as dual carriageway and I can at last enjoy the ride. But alas, it only lasts for few short moment.
I tripped to Achirupakam temple lastly, next to melmaruvathur. Mostly keeping a steady 110-115 kph, the odo started running crazy. The road was okay as it was NH, except for few minor patches and deformation which put me to scare to dodge or take even a 45 deg corners at speeds beyond 100 kph. Another problem is cars, even Alto 800s or Eons run above 100 kph and that puts me in trouble as those cars behavior on overtaking is not decent or not always as expected as they lack power or stability. Most of the time, I had to honk them to keep my way free.

I too have enjoyed the vandalur-kelambakkam strech which is about 22-24Kms lengthy over a dozen number of times and used that for doing my bike running in. However the roads are closed (Divider and trees on sides) while that is a plus for avoiding wind blast, but also is risky that anything can come out of nowhere. I usually do 95-100 Max. You should also try Thiruporur-thirukalukunram road which is again a bliss to ride (it's close to a reserve forest area) and you wouldn't even feel where you are. But speeds of excess 90 is not good, but a worthy place for a calm and lonely ride but not very far from City.

                  Check this

Another fastest route is singamperumal to Sriperumbathur road, it's a six lane road, with very less traffic. But the roads are so open, I couldn't make beyond 125 kph due to heavy head winds. But the roads on weekends remain almost empty and it will be good for a fast ride. The roads are wide open so that you can see what is coming toward or backward to you

I have explored some other routes as well which are good for fast ride and for cruising rides. If you have too, please share here.

                    I didn't know that .

How about your friend, is he able to catch you up?. I've had some rides with RE guys, but they couldn't keep up beyond 90 kph comfortably and hence I had to slow down....

I am seeing few members discussing about the vibrations. Vibration as such is a difficult aspect to compare between machines. There are many factors contributing from road, machine condition including the tyre, engine etc. Also discussing them qualitatively with adjective does not help in comparing. As one man says "very high" will be mild to someone. I thought if it can be make it quantitative so that it means same for everyone.

In that thinking I searched Google Play Store and found few Android apps that will record the vibration. I just found one good app for that named Vibration meter which I tried in my machine immediately and I recorded the video.

I used a bungee chord to hold my phone. I did not want to try this test while moving as the road conditions will impede the readings. In case if any wants to discuss about how bad the vibration is on their machine they can try this setup and quote the max number that showed up. In my case, I revved to 6K which in 6th gear would have reached 75-80kmph and the vib went max to 8.

OK, good one. Basically a reference platform is required to validate individual results. I usually compare scooters like Activa for differentiating the vibrations issues. Because many would have ridden that by chance and the amount of smoothness that it gives is unbeatable. But there you have limitations. I will try this app vibrationmeter today and post the result. I will place mobile on my mobile phone holder fitted to RVM on Handle bar. Hope that's a best place to keep. Will share results soon.

yea,the karizma was able to keep up with my bumblebee(that's what I call my NS). We were doing mostly 110-120kmph, but the karizma found it hard to keep up when i did the top speed checks, otherwise there was no issue.
but everything changes when there is crosswind...i struggled to get past 120kmph while the karizma did not find it as much as of an issue and overtook me
