Re: Pulsar 200 NS Owners Review and Experiences
That's a plastic stuff when wrapped around the throttle will help you to open it with least effort. you can use your palm's weight to open the throttle and need not grip it. This aids reducing the vibration and hand buzz after a prolonged time.

Re: Pulsar 200 NS Owners Review and Experiences
Motul may not reduce vibrations, be warned. Now coming to this throttle assist, this is something new. But my concern is, is it safe to use this?.Originally posted by Narayanan View PostI too have to ride 120kms a day but very fortunately it is most of a highway ride. I have been riding bikes for 20 years and with Almighty's grace no back pain so far.
I had Unicorn previously and I could see how the comfort level differs between the two. To mitigate the issue I opted for a Gel seat from redline plus and awaiting to receive it. Other than that I had a good Cramster gloves which reduced the handle bar vibration and also installed cramp buster from redline
which reduced hand buzzing a lot. I am yet to switch to Motul and I assume that will reduce the stress as well.

What I have experienced is that motul and pulsars are made for each other as shell ultra is for baby CBRs.

A needy thing, which I never have seen across so far. Very useful on long distance rides. I found these cheaper in ebay.in than redline, which is very costly. I have ordered one, free delivery. Let me update once I get it fit
Also guys, anyone who has fit these gels for seats, please share some experience. The cost is high, is it really worth the price?. Currently I feel iron butt after an hour ride on my bike.

Guys, have a few questions related to AFR tuning -
1. I have heard many people talking about tuning the CO... What exactly does it mean ?
2. Does tuning of CO mean tuning the AFR by measuring of emissions ?
3. If yes, which is a more accurate process - by tachometer or by tuning the CO (which I am sure is not DIY )
4. If the CO is a better way whats the default setting for NS ... is it 2.15 as informed to me by someone on here... sorry I forgot who
Asking cause my sparks are not as they should be .. they are a little brownish and at the same time have some liquid deposits on them too. I am confused if I am running rich or lean. A proper PUC check showed the CO emission to be around 0.7 which even the guy taking the measurements said is way too low for a performance bike.
I am thoroughly, royally and majestically lost !!

Re: Pulsar 200 NS Owners Review and Experiences
I think the CO level is ~1.5. At least that was what xplod566 mentioned when he recently checked his vehicle. I hope CO tuning is same as AFR as AFR tuning will result in CO level variations. Tachometer based tuning takes time, you need to witness it after some rides. Maybe CO based tuning will be accurate (My guess)Originally posted by GauravD View PostWhat setting is your NS rear shock at bro ? Could you kindly post a pic ?

Re: Pulsar 200 NS Owners Review and Experiences
1) CO level is used to check how accurate is your tuning.for 200bs it should be 1.5-2.5 although 1.6 is a good value for a performance bike.so gk there and just tell them to set it at 1.6.You will be a happy bunny after that.Originally posted by GauravD View PostWhat setting is your NS rear shock at bro ? 2)Yes .they put a measuring pile inside the exhaust hole and then measure it on comp.its pretty accurate
3)Tachometer is good but CO is the best.I have seen tuning by measuring CO level gives me the correct tuning.
4)There is nothing as default settings for CO.it should lie within 1.5 to 2.5.yes you can try 2.15 if it gives u good power and mileage then all is good
