Can you please explain what is cone set??? And also chain of the bike is also slightly lose.... So is it possible that this is happening because of less tension in the chain????

Cone set is supportive seatings and ball bearings inside t stem.

tried revving the bike in idle today after warming engine for 2 minutes, at 2k Rpm there were vibrations and become unbearable after 5k rpm.Engine oil (motul 5100) is upto level and Coolant is ok too.bike has done 9k kms.

have done regular servicing and switched to motul at 5k service. earlier last month i went over bike once and tightened all loose nut/bolts i could find.

Any suggestions? else i complain about this in 10k service but i dont have high hopes from Bajaj Mechanics.

I don't think it's the cone set but it might be the T stem
Still check once in ASC.I remember someone having the same problem and his t stem was replaced which was fixed.and no its not an expensive fix.withing 500 if its coneset and if its t stem ask for warranty.

I have seen a lot of people who experience vibes and etc after pitting 5100.just want to know doesn't NS gel well with it or is it better with Bajaj oil.I am asking this because i have completed 5000kms and thinking of shifting to motul 5100

yes it has gotten worse in recent days after change to Motul. Bike used to cruise at 90 earlier without much vibes.

engine oil has done 1k kms , 5100 turned to complete black in 3k kms, so i changed it again at 8k kms.
Motul is semi-synt , i thought it will do atleast 5k. 3k was Drain interval of 3100 in my P150.

Bajaj oil is just crap, 5100 is much better than that but it didnt brought the smoothness and refinement i had expected, it's acting strictly average. when ripping hard there is burning smell from engine and gear shifts get clunky.Maybe new batches of motul dont like 200 or something,

i am not 100% sure 5100 is behind the Excessive vibrations i am facing, there might be some different reason. also it better not be as i have stocked 5 bottles of 5100

BTW I always found Bajaj to be awesome.I mean that's my experience.never any vibes in bike.also no burning smell.but I want to switch to mogul as I heard its. a good engine oil.my concern is will it screw more in case with 200.also sometimes vibes comes due to too Mich tigntening of bolts sometimes.or incorrect AFR tuning
