also one more issue im not getting mileage i think im getting around 22-25 km ...what should i do to increase the mileage pls let me know.
Use 5100
7100 and 330v are for more premium and bigger displacement bikes

My rear brake lost its bite considerbly. This problem is arising after the removal and fitment of rear wheel for tyre change. What would be the problem here? I need my rear brake for panic stop.

Check chain slack, tyre pressure, AFR mixture. Drive around 4000rpm will give you superior mileage.

Thank you everyone for advising safe riding. I see that after owning the NS for some months, I have gotten slowly carried away. Power does corrupt. Will be more safe and wise from now on.
Bro, NS generates it max torque at around 8000 rpm. Torque curve rises with RPM and saturates when engine hits 8000. So if you try shifting @ 7-8K RPM, you will feel yourself that the bike pulls like a rocket for few moment. For every 7-8K rpm shifting, you will feel this. But after 8000 rpm, you will not feel this "effect" as the torque remains same. Shifting at 4-5K rpm is like just riding a 150 segment bike.

Yes, with NS you have the power of 24 horses. Handle them carefully.

the figures that you are reporting is like a 600NS
Jokes apart. This is very poor. Other than riding habits, something else is wrong. Did you ask SVC to change for mileage or pickup?. Also check tyre pressure. But you know, I had about 16/20 on my tires and still was getting around 35. Upon everything fit, you should easily be able to extract up to 45 as saran93 suggested (if driven <60 kph).

As @kany1991 suggested, use Motul 5100 if you have covered 5K KMs+ or have done 2nd service. After that, maintain a drain interval of 2000-2500 KMs.

Did you check the brake fluid?. What tire did you change to?. Rear brakes should be less used. And I'd vote if the rear brake bites with less effect (like adjustable in drum). Try applying braking effect on the lever for few minutes and see. You might want to bleed it.

Thanks for the advise mate. Went to check rear brake oil level and found it at its minimum level. Will fill it up and check for improvement. Agree with you in using rear brake less but during panic stop, need to shift the weight to front end for traction to front brake. BTW changed rear carcass from revz-s to revz-s. It might have lesser life than eurogrip but dry grip is awesome.

Kindly clear me on this

Recently got my ns200 serviced 5000 + on odo. It was 2nd service, svc has adjusted chain slack, everytime i get my bike serviced from svc rear brake looses bite, after the 1st service i had to visit service centre 3 times... I have studied many things about rear brakes on these 3 visits... I cleaned rear disc.. Checked brake pads..

Good disc brake for me- it gives a very slight click and a good bite for braking power. My ns's front brake does this but rear brake isn't doing the same it is asking for efforts ( more forceful push then earlier)

Now bleeding... This term i don't really understand... I had seen numerous YouTube videos on bleeding but in every video they are changing break fluid.. my bike is 5k+ only should i have to change it every time..

Kindly someone make me clear about bleeding or give me some link...

Rookie here in disc brakes. AFAIK Bleed valve is primarily for removing air from brake line. Topup your oil reservoir, loose the bleed valve, apply the brake several times to bleed out the oil, close the valve, again topup ur reservoir. Bleed valve is denoted as B in below picture. U may want to check with experts.

Bleeding is simply Removal of air from break lines by applying break or pushing the piston of caliper in side so that the air bubbles are flushed out its not necessary to change the break oil every time just top up the break oil in every servicing

hello guys, the air was leaking from one of the punctures and from sides of rim of the front wheel of my 200ns, i had the rim and tyre cleaned by removing the wheel but the mechanic inserted the axel in opposite direction. will it cause any problem? i have enclosed the image of opposite axle. by default the axle nut was on right side towards the disc but now its on the left side, will it cause any problem? and i have one more query which is the best tyre for pulsar 200ns front. zapper fy2 100/80 or zapper fx or zapper fy1 90/80(r15 tyre) or any other?
