But R15 and Pulsar 200 comparison is like a chariot with 2 horses and 4 horses. Of course can't imagine riding a lower CC bike after getting used to bigger bikes. But the chariot should remain the same. But that's not the case here, the R15 body and finish levels are so high and even the refinement levels. I'd say the new generation pulsars are about as much as 70% well improved than old gen pulsar in all ways. But still they lack behind the Japanese, mainly because of VFM(except CBR150, poor quality switch gears and assembly, which is a shame for Honda itself). But hey, that shouldn't result in breaking of alloy wheel, giving Euro tires, brake failure, etc. Bajaj has improved a lot in quality making with latest range of Pulsars, but still has room for improvements.

Even the new Unicorn 160 is having good build quality. Just observe it once and prove me wrong. When I say CBR, I compare always CBR250 only. It's the highly refined and best reliable performance bike that you can buy till to date (well it's old, but still worthy buy) No KTM. I've even advised many to opt for CBR250 rather than RS200. But many settled with RS for pure VFM concept, that's acceptable.

    Well that's my point .

Bro, don't get me wrong. Digital measurements really sucks and will not work after few days of purchase. Try buying analog meter. It's worthy any day.

Bro, can you share any links?.

Conrgats bro, you managed to extract up to 6000KM on Bajaj oil?
And paid the price by changing piston kit and clutch plates [emoji16] [emoji16]

Yes, change the rear sprocket with a 41 or 43 teeth. You can try Apache 44 teeth. But it may not be a direct fit. You might want to drill some holes. You can PM @vivek7593 as he has already done this.

I don't know it bro. But before changing the sprocket, goto gearcommander website, load the pulsar model (for NS) and try changing the sprocket value by +1, or +2. Check the value in custom for each gear and RPM value. It will let you know by how much you can bring it down.

Use Smaller front and bigger rare for acceleration and less speed

Manual Mentions to Decarbonise engine head at 20k, dont get Engine Decarbonisation confused with Ring and piston replacement.

              read more on decarbonisation

Rechecked the user manual, it wasn't the cylinder kit. My bad!
