Yeap, but that's with 2012 batches as yours. 2nd gen NS has about 6-8%. I was riding at close to 100-102, and I got the gps as ~95-96kph. But for the GPS to be accurate, you need to take a long average. That is one reason why 1st gen NS was able to clock 150+ because of huge speedo error, whereas 2nd gen was hardly able to cross 140 kph.

This is also possible on a Dyno test.rider will keep the bike on a moving wheel and then will rip it till the max speed.since it doesn't have any weight at all so sometimes it can reach that speed.although what jbm_guy has mentioned is logically correct and that might be the case

I stay put with him because he does the job well.

So that's why my NS struggles to cross 136 (with pillion).

In extreme case, the rider might have ridden it on a say 45 deg slope, but still with 22/24 or 0.92:1 ratio (6th gear), @10,500 RPM (Assuming that's the max of what NS can rev, though power becomes flat at 9500 rpm itself, but on a slope you get the pull from gravity slightly), so all i could see is a possibility of 144-146 kph (which is possible on RS200, as it generates peak power at 500 RPM higher than NS). Beyond that, the engine will not allow to rev above, because at 11,000 RPM, the engine would already have been spinning at it's max 10,120 rpm which is very close to engine rev limit.

Such a thorough explanation . Good point bro

I saw this photo in FB and the owner was sayin " Racing kit n Stuff "

I am facing a very irritating weird problem from past 1 month. The problem is when I crank the engine first time in the morning every thing is normal while starting, on the way also every thing is pretty much fine but when i reach my destination and stop the bike 'without shutting off' the engine and idle it for say 2-3 secs the rpm needle rises and engine becomes louder. I have tried and adjusted the AFR several times but this problem still persists. Can anyone give a solution?

The combination of your AFR tuning and Idle tuning Is not Correct..

If the above correction, still doesn't help, then there is some dirt or kind of malfunction in the carb.
Open the Carb, And clean it properly from a reliable mechanic

This is a common problem in Carb bike, specially our Carb model which is mukini BS38.
Go to svc and ask them(or probably force them) to open the Carb and clean it entirely with compressed air. After he does it ask him to tune your bike to stock settings (very imp).
This should 100% fix your problem
There is some sort of dirt accumulation there. It should be cleaned. Until and unless u so this it doesn't matter how many times you tunr AFR R won't help.
Also ask him to check the spark plugs and clean it!

I guess ns comes with BS38 mikuni . Also buy a new float valve and drain screw ( screw + spring+ o ring ) . These both will cost less than 200rs or maybe even less.
Replace these both and see if draining stops.

Why SVC dont acknowledge it as an issue ? Because this issue is so minor they wont spend their time on this. So better get help of a mechanic or DIY as i always do .
i myself am a DIY guy, And have faced a lot of issue with the carb of my NS.

so, i made up my mind of opening up the Carb myself, and googled a lot to gain some knowledge!!
but, the carb on the NS is fixed in such a way, that, its kind of impossible to open it unless u Have all kind of tools, and lot of patience and help!!
