I do lube with 80W90 gear oil ~ 400kms. Is that not good enough?

Problem is i have zero trust on the dealer. For the sound, vibration issues they just say its normal without even looking at the bike!! they gave me a fake centre stand with no MRP or hologram on the pack and simply dont believe in giving bills. And being a small city the mechanics are really clueless about the bike and their service standards are bad even by the pathetic bajaj standards. Can i go to a different dealer in chd for this? BTW bike is ~ 1800KM.

Thanks for the reply krishna. No its not coastal, infact im atleast a 1000km from the nearest coast. Im in chandigarh and himachal pradesh. So no coastal mud, its himalyan mud! Does this make a difference? Is this a serious issue if not coastal area?

Thanks. Will clean the chain. SO this kind of rust is normal ??

Maybe some more pics from the same day would help:

Don't worry buddy. Get a good chain cleaner, and a chain lube.
Just spray the cleaner, all over the chain and sprocket. Wait for about 15 mins, and wipe off.
Lube the chain after another 30 minutes.
    Your problem is gone. [emoji4]

The video will not be very shaky if What device u using to record has OIS.(optical image stabilization)
Else it will be quite shaky.

Most of the mobile phones have IS. Only thing is, it is EIS (electronic image stabilization). Just go to video settings. If your mobile has it, you can see IS with option on/off

I doubt that when i had done 122 i had done with pillion even he did not felt anything the bike was well planted. i had to slow down seeing a curve in the road. even at 122 it didn't ran out of power

have anyone felt the nuts getting too loose on the bike? the big nut below the handlebar was loose , had to got it tightened up ( i knew it was loose,as Bike used to produce loud noise when going in pothole). Recently i went for a 400 km ride and midway into the ride noticed the Gear shifter allen bolt was about to drop off, i had to tighten it with my hand. also i have lost one bolt from front and rear number plate over last 5.7k km,they simply fell off.

is this happening due to excessive vibrations? my bike has increased vibrations over time (completed 5.7k kms), i suspect mounting bolts might be loose too as some posts online suggest. Engine oil is motul 5100/Air filter was cleaned yesterday.also, Vibrations go away if i press the clutch.

what kind/comapny of allen key tookit you use? i bought one from market and it slips while tightening bolts, need to get a better quality one.

Or maybe you are overtighting bolts which is causing the loose of bolts bracket?
