done nothing special bro, other than redlining in lower gears very often. Bike is stock and running on motul 5100 at around 11,000Kms. After getting the CO tuned, it's also delivering superb mileage figures.

Few days back my right hand side handlebar was changed as it was just slightly bent, as well as the brake lever. And something called "major kit" that controls braking response. Since then I've noticed a great change in throttle response. It's just so precise and smooth. Front braking is now progessive as it should be. Previously it was jerky.

Yes you can do it yourself. Just loosen the rear axle, adjust the chain slack in the same amount on both sides and re-tighten the axle. You have to keep the chain adjuster reading same on both the sides of the axle(attached a pic). I guess its a bit complex as I see no tightening bolt at the end of the swingarm which most bikes have.

Getting a squeaky noise from the rear shock absorber. When I move the bike without running the engine or when hitting small potholes and big ones too. I get a squeak noise. 15 days old only. How do I get rid of the noise from the rear shock absorber ? Makes me worry and angry

Mate, I would advice you to enjoy your ride. I had similar issue when my bike was new, it got rectified by itself!

Suspension setting in, happens on almost every bike. It would be gone in a month or so.

Hey guys, how is your clutch wire going.Since the beginning my clutch wire seems a bit hard to pull, not so hard but to compare to other brands bike.Sometime my left wrist gets exhausted soon.Even my previous bike had much smooth and easier clutch to pull.I had cleaned and lube clutch wire in svc but no luck as the svc guys told it is as it is.I noticed it same in all NS so any idea about it or upgrade on that or we've to make an adjustment on that?

AFAIK Motozone would convert your clutch to hydraulic for 4k-5k rupees. I was told so in this thread and saw a 200NS with hydraulic clutch too.

Get your clutch wire adjusted, mine was adjusted yesterday and now it's about 39-40% less hard and miraculously bike is more refined now.

Yup shadowgun i have adjusted clutch many time at SVC but no luck,my clutch is smooth not a problem but my previous bike CBZ has spoil me on that part and NS is a world better that my previous bike,it just that i'm trying to find that charm in my NS as possible, leaving no trace of my CBZ and i'm changing NS seat sponge from CBZ as CBZ seat sponge is way much softer. :-)
