Re: Royal Enfield Classic 350 Owner's Review and Experiences
hi,
I would like to clean my spark plugs, since i've been experiencing delays during ignition.
So watched one Youtube video, where they remove the cylinder and then removing the plugs and cleaning them.
do this can only be done by removing the tank ? no other ways ?
[PS - I really want to do it myself. so if anyone has done this before, please mention what all should i check and inspect before removing the tank ...]

Re: Royal Enfield Classic 350 Owner's Review and Experiences
Hi Fellas,
My beauty is a 350CC CI 2000 Model Deluxe (Bullet Standard 350 with Chrome mudguards and tank plates). I am looking for a reliable technician to work on my bull.
Work to be carried-out
1. Painting (The original paint was blue - got it painted to Black and now want it back in blue)
2. I want to give it a retro look (so do the required changes)
3. Want to replace the exhaust pipe to OE. Currently on Indore exhaust pipe
4. over haul clutch, gearbox, and other mechanicals (tappet rod, cam wheel, rocker kit adjustments
5. Swing arm to be aligned and the rear suspension has to be worked upon
I am in South Bangalore, can you please help me.
Thanks in advance......

Re: Royal Enfield Classic 350 Owner's Review and Experiences
Can a 5.4 person ride it. Yes why not. I have a friend who is almost that height and has a 350. Actually he may even be a bit shorter than 5.4. both his feet dont touch ground solidly (toes and heel together). But he has enough practice to manage the bike; while idle, in bad road conditions, with pillion, and with one leg when needed ( to kick start, to brake and go inch by inch in traffic jams, to engage/disengage kick stand).Originally posted by Darshangowda View Posthello guys
I am 5.4 can I ride classic 350 comfortable
So the the question, Can you, has an assertive answer. Would you be able to do so, Now that is a question which can only be answered after getting a feel of the bike, yourself!

Re: Royal Enfield Classic 350 Owner's Review and Experiences
Hi all, Im a 5'7" rider and i currently own a honda and clocked over 28k in it. I'd like to buy a new bike and as far as my rides were concerned im very much into a comfortable bike both for me and the pillion. I had plans of buying the classic 350 as im a college goer and standard doesnt suit me currently ( nor does she like it) i had thought of it as a comfortable bike for my needs based on my short rides on it. A few days back i rode the classic for almost the whole day covering roughly 100 kms with pillion and man it is so not comfortable i couldn't sit on the floor as my tailbone would hurt. I even got a blister on my hand so it is my most humble request to everyone to let me know what are my options as a comfortable bike and i was keen on the thunderbird too but is out of budget slightly more than classic so please help me.?

Re: Royal Enfield Classic 350 Owner's Review and Experiences
Hello Bulleteers..!! I have come for my friend's query in his Bullet! He is complaining that his bike is totally wobbling a lot even in 40km/hr! He is not able to find out the cause for it.. He has even checked the wheel alignment and tightened the fork nuts and bolts.. But only for 20days it was fine and again the problem started to wobble again! I drove it for a while and I suspect the fork is very loose! So please throw some light on this brothers..!!

The Standard's and Thunderbird's seats are more comfortable than that of the classics.Originally posted by Anmol Sharma View PostHi all, Im a 5'7" rider and i currently own a honda and clocked over 28k in it. if seating comfort is your priority, you can go for avenger 220 as per my opinion. proper cruiser posture without much budget..

Re: Royal Enfield Classic 350 Owner's Review and Experiences
Dont use the words PDI. Tell them you want to check the bike and ensure its up to your satisfaction before you sign on any papers.Originally posted by Darshangowda View PostGuys RE showroom guys told they already did PDI so u need not to do . What to do
When you go to collect your bike, they will first try to seat you down and make you sign a bunch of papers. DONT SIGN any paper unless you see the bike. Be friendly, tell them you are too excited to see the bike and just want to see it first.

Unless the bike has been driven a lot and the tyres have softened. Get the fork/steering looked at. Check the handle for unusual tightness/stickiness/Spongy feeling when it is completely turned to its extreme right/left which could indicate problems.Originally posted by Santhu Shyam View PostHello Bulleteers..!!
