A front 15 teeth from the .520 pitch has not been found since ages. If it would've been found, we would have overgeared P220 long ago.
My earlier bike was P150 (.428). Used the RX100's 39T rear sprocket after drilling holes to match. My highway rides were very quiet 70kmph@5000rpm, and a decent 55-60km/L. Between, I heard that the very first 200NS model (2012) had a 15T front sprocket. True?

The 200NS I bought one month back has 14T. I removed the plastic cover just now and counted the teeth to make sure. 14T it is.

To under gear use complete chain set and sprockets from 2014 duke 200..

To over gear there are no option until the rear is changed to 4 hole wheel hub..
If find the rear wheel hub of old duke 200 or karizma the same size as our wheel hub. This is just based on my observation though..
Don't have enough moolah to experiment..!

Not wheel hub, Vivek... the whole wheel! An alloy wheel is a single piece of metal.

And... My idea is to make holes in the 220's 36T sprocket to suit the present hub

Thats the hub I am talking about
It has blades like the pic below which fits in groves between rubber pads inside the alloy

Blades are some what like this

And brother since sprocket does the job of transferring the power to wheel won't structurely modding it make it weak?

Ps:- I apologise for posting picture of the a mixer didn't have proper picture to post..

                      Okk! Thanks for correcting me
And I understood what you mean by the mixer...yeah I have seen the original part in my P150. Forgot!

I had modified a RX100's sprocket to fit on my P150. Ran 20K before it got worn out. Drilling holes on the sprocket to suit the hub is safe, I guess. I know, should not drill a hole near an edge so that structural weakness occurs.

After a couple of hours work in a lathe, P220's 36T sprocket got six holes to fit in the 200NS By calculation, for a given speed, engine speed should be lesser by 7.7% now ...

Test driven. Exactly 75kmph@5000rpm (6th gear)

The world seems so peaceful going at 60kmph@4000rpm

Now, have to try my luck with finding a 15T .520 front sprocket

Guys need help. I own hunk and I fitted 15t of unicorn (local made) in front. Rest rear sprocket and chain is stock. So now I want to change the whole set . I thought of installing complete set of unicorn 15/43. But after going through this thread I am confused whether rear 43t of unicorn can fit in hunk. Plz advise . Iam in a desperate situation to change the chain set since stock has given up.

Hi guys, this is my first post on xbhp. Have been following xbhp since the last 3 years and I end up learning something new practically everyday. Getting to my query, I own a Yamaha sz r 16 and have overgeared it from a 42 teeth rear sprocket to a Yamaha fz 40 tooth one. I recently changed my tyre and it is lower in profile thus under gearing the bike again. I don't intend reverting to the stock tvs tyre because it's absolutely pathetic. I intend fitting a 15 tooth front sprocket. I asked around and procured an old 14 tooth szr sprocket. Now it seems that the central shaft hole is slightly bigger than the ones on the Honda unicorn/ Pulsar 150/ R15 2.0. If any one of you guys could help me out with which sprocket would be compatible, it would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
