Well, congrats! I'm falling short of words to express my emotions.

Do we expect an ownership thread soon? And please re-christen your big N to something new. Midori (especially the big N) is Sachin's after all!
The ownership report is up on 650 thread along with some mods that I carried out on 650. Do check them out.

Guys I'm looking for some good after market breakpads. The stock breaks are so bad I literally felt heart broken after riding a friend's R15 and duke (Breaking is amazing in these two). And also, I need to replace the cone set to tapered bearings. Can someone please give me some links to buy them online or suggest me somewhere I can get it done locally in Thane/Mumbai ?? Would really appreciate the help. Thanks

Check with Motozone, Vikram. He will have both and will be able to fit it on your bike in Mumbai

• Kawasaki ninja 300 steering damper

Hi all, am Harsha I had recently got a ninja 300. I can't do any big mods until I complete 30000 KM or two years. So I just wanted to a steering damper on the bike. Any idea were I can get one in Chennai? I would welcome your suggestions on any other mods which I can do without voiding the warranty of the bike.

Thanks a lot for the help mate!

Also I just wanted to know the price of some oem parts of the bike as I have them lying in my house and want to sell them off. I have a clutch lever, Lhs mirror, Lhs front indicator, the lower faring which has kawasaki written on it, mid faring(the big faring which covers the engine) and the rear cowl faring which has 300 written on it. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

M planning to buy an year old ninja which is well kept and serviced. Checked the documents and service history.
It does not have any mods and is in great condition.
Could you guys help me with some pointers before buying?

Thanks for enlightening us bro. Hope ur alright now. Give as much rest as possible to ur brain now. Don't study late into the night and strain ur brain. Get adequate sleep and most importantly COMPLETE THE MEDICATION. These are very important for Brain injuries especially keeping in view the long term effects.

And always wear a Helmet. There is a video on youtube where a guy on a bike dies at around 8-10 kmph speed after getting his head struck on ground. He would have easily survived it otherwise.

Nice snaps, especially like the picture of the snow. How did the bike perform at these altitudes and terrain?

vickks - How did you source the chains tied to the rear tyre? Did you take them along or bought from Tawang itself?

The bike performed flawlessly.. Just that I had to increase the idle rpm screw to match the air pressure!

We had taken the nylon ropes as snow was anticipated! But it was just too much of snow, accompanied by black ice!
