      Check the gap between the teeth if they are pointed and sharp than fine. if they are getting curvier than one may need to change them according to specification. Guys correct me if im wrong.

      One more thing i like to add normally when are the front fork oil are changed 15k km or more ?
      You are right on the sprocket set, pointed, sharp and uneven tooth, means the sprocket is ending its life. Fork oil in general doesn't have a set interval to change, though it differs upon usage and the damping provided by the forks. But every 10k to 15k would be a good proposition.

        Guys does anybody knows... What changes KTM has done on 2015 model of D390?. KTM India site shows "ktm 390 Duke ABS 2015".

          Nothing much unless we inspect the older and newer lots hand in hand, but I guess apart from website, year updation, pretty much everything for now looks the same. Hopefully some internal tweaks, but still hard to discern.

          But I guess Bajaj is up for something this March, hopefully, considering a lot of launches that are planned to take place. Let's wait and watch the space.

            2015 model essentially i think means from around late 2014 onwards.
            So what were the visually visible improvements ?
            1. Mud flap over the monoshock
            2. plastic cover/cap on the rear monoshock
            3. redesigned radiator fan/shroud -- now directs some amount of heat downwards
            4. front fender mud flap (i think this was provided even a little before the above 3 changes) - virtually zero muck on the radiator fins

            Apart from that, they claim improved alloys (which i think may be true, considering my experience with the 'new' d200 which also has the same changes incorporated)
            And maybe other engine/chassis/brake components have been improved upon.

              I was wondering from past few days that 2015 was a mistake on the website. saw spy pics of 2016 D390, I hope they launch upgraded model soon.

                  Hi,
                  I got my alloys painted in a car spray booth. Its a normal paint. The clear coat i gave was glossy but you have an option to choose matte as a clear also, but i preferred the glossy clear coat. It costed 2000rs/-. I have no knowledge about plastidip spray paint. But these spray paints dont last long and lose their fresh look very easily. Thanks.

                        Yes. I checked with the manager of KTM BSK, Bangalore, he showed me the KTM internal presentation of the changes incorporated in 2015 model. Slipper clutch is one of the biggest changes included.

                            Wow nice upgrade. wish we could get that upgrade in our bike too but i guess its not possible.

                              There was a change mentioned to the seat design also, but I think it is more for the front seat.
                              The handlebar grips are changed.
                              The spark plug gap is increased.
                              The chain cover/guard height is increased.
                              The connecting rod hole diameter is changed.
                              The tail section plastic quality is improved to prevent breakage.

                              There are a few more updates which I can't recollect as of now.

                              These changes are applicable to both the 390 and 200.

                              I was having second thoughts regarding my Duke 200 booking because of reliability concerns. So I had a long discussion with the manager, this is when he showed me the internal presentation information with me.

                                Hi guys, while riding today when i pulled the clutch, all of a sudden my speedo started showing 0 and when i let go the clutch it started showing the speed but know speedo is not working properly. what could be the issue.
