Any idea about Pirelli Sport demon ? it has also got speed rating of H54 [ source - tyreonwheel.com]

I hardly go above 150kmh. I'm a tourer & feel more comfortable about 100-130 range. Due to lack of availability of good tyre in my city, i changed my rear tyre with mrf 150/60 c cant even find the new c1. As my front tyres have already done 17000 km +, was thinking of changing them to mechillen or pirelli 110/70.
will be waiting to know your experience on wet road.

    Cheers
    Hey bro,

I already got your reply notification earlier, but I thought that let it rain in Ajmer, before I post... It rained few days ago.

I brought them from the Jaipur Michelin distributor, who sadly misinformed me that 150/60 isn't available.

I took her to around 60-70 kmph on a rainy day, on a wet road, but it wasn't raining when I rode.
The response was good. One day may not be enough to judge, but I think these tyres did a good job on the wet road. I didn't feel ABS kicking in under moderate braking.. so the braking was good for the condition.

Should it rain more, I'll give it a better test and let you know what I felt, via PM.

Is the SZR windscreen a direct fit or did you have to do any drilling?

The bottom 2 holes on the screen are a direct fit to the upper 2 holes on the bike. You need to drill 2 holes below these to coincide with the bottom holes on the bike.

Any way of telling the manufacturing date from chassis number or engine number?

It is sad that people do not use the search button. You seem to be using from your phone so posting the link here.

Completed third service and bike feels a lot smoother now. Also, it sounds much better. Probably the svc guys cleaned the air filter properly but it sounds really nice. Its so amazing that you are going at 60km/h in 4th gear and then you are 120km/h in 4th gear with two more shifts left. Such an amazing feeling!!!

Yeah I read the review before , however I would still say it is a worthwhile service to subscribe for and experience can only get better over time

So I was riding to work this morning from Delhi to Gurgaon via Expressway and there I met the biggest jam I have ever faced in my life.
It took me 90 mins to cross the expressway(12kms approx). It was a stand still traffic and heat was almost unbearable.
After 15-20mins or so, the only thing that was going inside my mind was, please don't stall on me. As I have faced this before my fan being replaced, I know the pain of dragging it or waiting for it to cool down.
To my surprise bike did not stall even once, even though the heat it was dissipating was burning my legs.
Holding clutch the whole time was again very painful and to top that , it was getting very hot.
Out of now where the tank cap noise appeared again and the buzz is very irritating.
It's been almost a year, rode almost 13k kms, been to svc umpteenth time for small small niggles , but every time you get a open road, the pleasure of riding this beast is unmatchable.

it was crazy today on NH8, some stupid lane discipline practice on a weekday rush hour time!

                              Update on overheating problem:

Spent entire day in svc they changed thermostat twice but of no use bike stalled again and again in heavy traffic. KTM engineer told me that its the safety feature in d390 to prevent from engine seizing and my reply was that practically we cannot ride duke in summer and heavy traffic.

I have escaped closely when i was overtaking two trucks and bike stalled.

P.S. Fan is working even mechanics are unable to detect what real problem is.

What was happening in my my case. It was running but it was not generating the speed to cool down my bike. They changed it and the bike stalling stopped.
