OkayHow much is it going to affect resale based on a month's difference in terms of manufacture date? 10K, 30K?

For eg. your's would be a 2015 model whereas anyone who will purchase during the end of Jan will have 2016 mentioned in the RC. Rakshit Rana has also booked one and will wait till Feb to get the 16 manufactured D390.[/SIGPIC]PULSATING 22o

Yes, its the manufacturing date which matters. Difference is you have already booked and I am waiting for the 2016 batch to arrive so that I can make the payment and buy it. KTM here is asking me to wait till Feb end or March and then buy in one shot rather than booking it now and then waiting for a month.

Where can I find it? Is it available in automotive stores? Or have to go to an electrical store? Or what to say to the retailer??
And yes, if possible use the 4 pin relay (or a 5 pin) that looks like the one you have shown in the pic. The other common type of relay (or cutout as its locally called) is a three pin (roots makes this type). I would suggest the 4 pin because its more reliable and resistant to water.
RELAY BASICS
You can find the 4 point relay at car accessories shops or auto spares shops that cater to the auto-rickshaws. Most small two wheeler spares shops might not have this type of relay.

and remember the service interval is 7500km OR 120 days whichever comes earlier (very few people cover 7500km in 4 months). if you used the motul fs oil (7100 or 300v) you are good until the next due service.

Well ended the day with DIY chain tightening and lubing along with installing fork protectors and bling rear brake fluid cap. Also ended up slipping the front brake fluid cap 😣 .
Can you please check the position and tell me if I've aligned properly.
