I meant the Osram aux led and not the headlamp. The sound is normal on bad roads and even I was worried in the beginning, it's pretty annoying.Originally posted by Shyam Cmr View PostOsram LED?? Fits H4 reflector huh.

That may not be your chain but can also be the reflector under the number plate that's slapping the tire hugger.Originally posted by Shyam Cmr View PostOsram LED?? Fits H4 reflector huh.

I don't have tyre hugger. It's chain slapping just asked if it was normal.Originally posted by vid_powerstroke View PostThat may not be your chain but can also be the reflector under the number plate that's slapping the tire hugger.
But downside is dirt on my back when riding in rain. It's said that 2015 model has wider rear mud guard. I think Dirt on my back is less because I rode only on roads. Not sure how it will be in slushy roads.

Re: KTM Duke 390 - Ownership Reviews and Experiences
Riding the our bikes in the rain is such a pleasurable experience with good amount of grip and control and all the stuff your ever want (well except for wind protection, but it is a naked) But getting off and looking at the bike later on is a nightmare. Especially since I live in an area with lots of dust and dirt. 😏
Anyone here has any recommendation for aftermarket levers? The stock ones feel strange when riding in the rain, as if my fingers slide over the levers when braking. I know that is a weird thing to say, but they just don't "feel" good. Lots of options online from ~2k to well over 5.5k. But have heard that many don't fit well and wobble once mounted. I'm not necessarily looking for foldable or even adjustable levers although the later could proves useful at some point in the future, just something that feels better.Must ride on!

I currently have a 2016 Duke 390.Originally posted by Rohith Rot View PostHI Guys ,
i would like to know about the 2016 duke 390. Please let me know how the experience... i am exchanging my 2012 duke for it. Please let me know.
Seats maybe soft but I have no reference and I have no complaints. DRLs I believe is a last moment implementation since they have just removed the toggle switches. The low lamp is always on. I don't know about the heat repercussions regarding that so I won't be bothering about changing the stock bulbs ever.
The exhaust note is a little different as well. It seems the decibel level has been reduced. I don't see much differences otherwise.
Issues in my bike - After three weeks I am getting irritating sounds from the bottom (Not of belly pan) and also various sounds while riding. Not of chain as well. It's properly adjusted and lubed and it is also not during bad roads, this is a constant "grrr" like sound and even during standstill and while revving it's there. A humming sound from front as well when de acceleration. Visited service center couple of times, sometimes they acknowledge the sounds and later when i go they forget and they are not taking it seriously. Sent a mail to KTM and this Saturday I will know.
KTM service Center Seawoods by the way.Last edited by rithulr; 05-16-2016, 03:56 PM.

Any idea how much is a pair of the stock handguards?Originally posted by Shyam Cmr View PostBad idea. It looks cheap when not done properly & when paint wears off.
I didn't like that Universal thing sold in Amazon.
I know few painters here as I've repainted one of my bikes before.Last edited by niku; 05-16-2016, 04:46 PM.Pegasus - 2011* - Hero Honda Karizma ZMR

Will have a look at the powerparts guard. Spend a lot on Body Kit so I'm not looking to spend that much now. I'll better get a stock one and paint or save and buy laterOriginally posted by Serene George Thomas View PostI got them on mine. Powerpart. Almost7k. But, sturdy
