Got a chance to check the LED's. Find out the review here -> http://www.xbhp.com/talkies/showthread.php?p=1225767 .

I installed 12V power and USB that I got from AliExpress sometime last year. Connected these to accessories port which is available in the headlight case. Works great and pretty helpful on long rides. Can connect directly to action cams (no need to worry about 2hr battery back up from action cam batteries) and other batteries can be charged easily along with the tank bag.

http://s.aliexpress.com/JjU32Aja. I'm not sure there is one for H9 socket. Doesn't RS200 have projector headlights? These might not fit into projector headlight.

Till now it is holding good, will check after a ride in the coming days, if it again goes bust, will get the rubber sealed replaced.
Did he just apply Loctite on the old gasket or did he replace the head cover gasket with a new one?

Once upon a time, a guy asked a girl 'Will you marry me?'
              The girl said, 'NO!'

And the guy lived happily ever after and rode motorcycles and watched sport on a big screen TV, went fishing and surfing, and played golf a lot, and drank beer and scotch and had tons of money in the bank and left the toilet seat up and farted whenever he wanted.

Am looking for Cigarette lighter/mobile charger for my duke 390.

I have seen one which has both Cigarette lighter & USB in Amazon.

How to attach it to duke. I could DIY but just gotta know where to connect.

Well there are different ways. The simplest is to connect it to the terminals of the battery directly. This way you have to use it only with the engine running else it ll drain the battery. If your ride is under warranty this is the best way.

                    It's pretty easy friend.
Open up the headlamp housing till you find the accessories cable (it has a tag on it, so you can't possibly miss it), connect your thingamjig directly to it.
Have a look at @Skanda's post a few above ours. He's got some pics up.

I think this is better option than connecting it to battery. Also as its connected to accessories I think it won't void warranty. I also think there's separate fuse for accessories.

Also I noted an Red color 4pin Square female pin socket dummied below headlight. What's the use of it. Any idea.

How's the LED working. Does it works well with reflector. I planned to install 90/100w but afraid that fuse may blow out or wire melts.

Where you got that charger kit. Price ? Is it waterproof. Is it fits with cigarette lighter too. (Some pins like that won't work with cigarette lighter) Also can you please give a clear pic of connection. I see only one wire connected to accessory line. Black wire is ground huh.

So ended with HDFC, nearby 4K premium for IDV of 150,000 for zero dep for second year.
Bajaj is asking 6.5k which is too costly.

I switched to New India Assurance for the third year, Opted for zero dep, IDV was 157000 and the premium was 3k.
