A good used one with very minimum ODO? What say? If you are interested then you can get a very good deal though 🙂

          Small update on the bike

Got a 500 kms old used speedo for 2000 and it works well
Everything on the bike is perfect now except the abs light stays on and the malfunction light stays on.
Unable to turn abs off but abs works perfect again tested on multiple occassions
When checked at service their diagnostic tool shows abs motor malfunction and they are pushing me to install a new one
Both alloy wheels have a slight bent and due to budget constraints am gonna get them fixed instead of replacing them

Request to fellow xbhpians if someone can help me source a used abs motor for a decent price it would be a great help.

Thank you for your response, however i got this fixed, the issue was the ABS motor was stuck, because once the bike fell on its right side. Hence the problem. Now all good.

Stuck ABS Motor? What was the solution given to this stuck ABS motor from the service center side, Rohith. Updates from your side would be helpful. The reason being I've heard of stuck ABS valves, but stuck motor is new to me. Would be glad if you can provide some more color.

So, it isn't the console also. Call it a good timing or sort, Rohith, faced a similar problem, so I've tagged his post along. Get your ABS unit checked.

A good decision would be to replace them ASAP. Loss of air pressure can be a big factor when rim lips gets damaged (as shown), as the rim lips are bent, there are high changes of air pressure leak, or slow leak. Did you go over something hard? Get them changed. Alloy should cost somewhere close to 5.5k. Now, with GST once can only speculate as to what the prices are. Your best bet, if you aren't willing to spend would be to look at your nearest junkyard.

Many months ago I had reported a problem of 'high coolant temperature' ONLY when headlight is on. The problem was solved by KTM Horamavu. The solution was to provide extra earthing. Costed me 150. Now I can use headlight without any worries!

ohh !! well. my bike actually fell.. the reason was street dogs were tryin to catch a cat in the night which was on top of my bike :P :P so.. they jumped and the bike fell on the right side. So due to the impact the motor kind of got a shock so due to that shock he said that it got stuck.. so he removed the whole tank and the silver color ABS box unit under the tank and fixed. thatsit. i payed 600 bucks for labour thats it. This might happen when in a very very bad or rough accident too.

No Bro ECU unit is fixed TO the petrol tank, not under it. Please look at square silver box above the engine block and it is right beside the spark plug input. that is the ABS box.

Riaz, probably, Rohith meant under the tank, because that is where the Hydraulic unit of the ABS unit is nestled. Probably, it might have been just an air lock or something or the valves might have just got stuck due to the impact. And on top of the fuel tank or underneath the fuel tank cover is the the ECU unit.

Almost all digital fuel gauges do have some some error ratio (I am not an electronics guy ) and the Duke 390 isn't spared here, though for the most part it's accurate, and it's okay to trust your fuel gauge, after all it knows how much fuel is actually left in the tank. Though the cut off limit for reserve is kept slightly on the higher side to save the fuel pump, but other than that it's pretty much -- I would not say spot on, but accurate.
