Woah! Whatta surprise. Even I was searching for dislike button But you have of course made the choice as per your requirements.
Abhi - enjoy the new bike

Is the rtr 200 available for test rides now? Even I would like to ride it. It would be interesting to see what TVS has done with fiero platform this time.

@P3T3R I paid by cheque and also wanted to take delivery on new years eve. But sadly they are closed so postponed to saturday
Ride it like you stole it! But buy your own helmet.

      Thanks man
Rtr200 must be available for td now. I did take a td and it was good but couple of things went against it and also 2 months waiting period was also a concern. Anyway 220 is like an American muscle car and I am sure I will have a good time with it

My pop still uses his 2001 Suzuki Fiero and even now, its a freaking beast. I recently bought a Gixxer and both of us would easily cruise at around 90-100kmph side by side.

Mum is behind us to sell it off and buy my pop a new bike but we are religiously holding on to it. He loves my bike but won't give his up.
I learnt riding on it. Memories aplenty!

          Hi guys
Got delivery of 220 and here are couple of pics. Fiero is still with me for a day or two until the new owner picks it up

          Cheers

Congrats Abhi. A new bike is a new bike after all, I guess!
It will be tough to let go of the 180 Fiero though. I would have kept both.

@All: I'm planning rebuild of my Fiero F2 this weekend. Will try to take pics of the entire activity and post so that it helps others.

Sarvajit thanks man. Anand was here till 11pm after he spoke to you over phone to check out the bike. Life has to move on man we shouldn't love a bike we should love riding be it any bike so that's my policy.
All the best with your rebuild man may your f2 get back to mint condition

Planning to make a ridiculously low offer for this bike. The seller is quoting 25 K. How much should a ridiculously low offer be? 8K? 2003 model, 70K Kms done, 2nd owner.

Ask for 10k and finish at 14 to 15k. That's the correct value of the bike

Getting the bike for it's correct value is a nice deal. Getting it for much lower is a fantastic deal. I plan on getting a fantastic deal.

And this one is available for 15K. 2006 Model, 2nd Owner, 14000 Kms.

Well good luck with that. If he is quoting 25k then u low balling him at 8k isn't surprising but that shouldn't lead to no negotiations at all due to such high difference.

Well he's a low baller himself. He works for True Value. He still doesn't know it's me messaging him but I've dealt with him several times. I'll be giving him a taste of his own medicine and probably get the bike for around 10-12K.

I doubt it is even that much. Showrooms offered me 5-6K for my F2.
And I come riding it, one neighbor asks if it's a new bike!

F2 in general has a much lower resale than the original Fiero Classic. Even the first pic I posted is the TVS Fiero Classic and not a Suzuki Fiero. Even though identical I'm going to use that as an excuse to lower the price.

That's right. And Suzuki Fiero has a better resale than TVS Fiero.
