Hi Gixxer,
i will try to source connector today also attached pic of wiring for Ignition and charging.
We'll go and meet satish.Let's see if he can help you with it,or at least see whether he can get it done with a auto electrician.Try and get that connector though.
Yeah bro,the one at the front is the oil-pump outlet to the oil-cooler and the bottom one behind it is the oil's return back to the sump from the oil-cooler. The pic is correct. Yes, previously i had the 200cc bore and that's when i had installed the oil-cooler.I ran it in the 200cc mode for 14k kms and changed over to the RTR 180 bore-kit.The 200cc bore is still in the same condition as it was when it was new.It has usha piston kit with rings and most probably the sleeve is from a ZMA.Mech is of the opinion that it's good enough for about 70k kms,if oil is changed at every 2k interval without fail and no less a grade than 20w40.But it was running on super high compression and i didn't want to take that chance for that long.So i got a new RTR180 bore kit and this set-up is fine enough for me.

Thanks bro. For clarifying that for me
Oh. That's good to know about your 200cc bore. It is still in good shape even tho it was under high compression - so that's a good thing.

Yeah. I know what you mean about not taking a chance. Raising comp safely is a bit tricky. With rtr bore there is peace of mind.
Some say domed pistons are a safe way to go about it tho. It seems it's somewhat better than shaving/milling the head...

Well lots of options are there to increase the performance even further.Shortly RTR's will come with 4 valve heads,so we can install that 4 valve head as a future modification.Coming to dome pistons, they are not as efficient as dish-top piston,or flat-top pistons, when it comes to transferring of power and lot of compression will be loading the compression ring with the dome design.

You are absolutely right about the Pistons...

Yes, the new rtr200 is rumored to have a 4 valve head. From the spy shots on the net, it appears to have liquid cooling though. Thus, the external oil line hole seems to be missing. Wonder what carb will be put by tvs for this setup...
I hope there will be a work around for that for our fieros Plug and play would be nice.

Look at the engine first, obviously it's a air-cooled engine. They have made changes to the oil-circuit,hence the oil-cooler input,or the oil cooler output is connected to ,what it looks like the oil-filter chamber. The external oil-line to the head from the oil-filter is also routed internally. They have made lots of changes to the engine i think.

Hmm. Yes. I see the fins now. Oils lines are different. They do seem to have made a lot of changes.

From what me and shred learnt on interacting with MR Srinivas of TVS R&D ,before he sadly passed away last year due to a motorcycle mishap, that is.Both the new/upcoming 4valve RTR bike's bore and head can be fitted onto our fiero. It would need a some modifications to be done to the head to install the external oil-line of our bikes onto the new 4valve head. But it can be done. They have changed the oil-circuit of the engine,so Fiero/RTR's will have to fit the oil-cooler to the provision provided in the crank-case,just the way we have fitted it on my bike and not like the new bike.

Oh ok. That mod sounds very interesting. I think you may be trying out the new rtr oil cooler then

But sad to hear about Mr. Srinivas' unfortunate incident.

Looks good dude!More importantly it proved to be as accurate as the stock speedo, on our comparison test. Now at least you can be happy with the way your bike performs.Next on the agenda should either be a tach,or more importantly a bigger bend-pipe to improve the engine refinement and top-end performance!

Update: I found a shop which can get me the 2nd gear 18T and 15T, Drive and Driven.
Have picked up the fuel gauge too.
I would have got the engine work started but my R15 had a crash (not me) on a tour last weekend in which most of the LHS is damaged.
