Update: I got a good news that the rear fender is available at my nearby SVC. Costs INR 775! I will buy it along with the engine spares and fit. Hope it resolves the number plate hitting tail panels problem!

I own a 2000 model fiero. Still doing trips to mahabaleshwar, mumbai with pillion. Parts i have changed are: Handlebar, front headlight dome of pulsar 150 with white LED( directly connected to battery), front and rear tires, chain sprocket, rear shocks. The silencer is rusted and i went to SVC however they told it not available. Need to repair both shocks. Also the engine is not opened once however has lost power though, so i need help : Should i bore it with RTR 180 kit or RTR200(if possible since the bike is just launched) or should i wait for some more time. My bike doesnt emit white smoke so i'm confused right now.

For tubeless you Must go for alloys and then tubeless. You cannot put tubeless without tube on spoke wheels

I don't think so. Check with a good mechs and he would be able.to guide you. IMO it's not all worth it. Use tubeless tyres with tube on spokes wheels and investment on alloy is not worth the pain as far as I see

So I have been glued to this thread for the past few days and gone through 100 pages. I will read all of the pages but it will take some time. 4 of my friends had bought Fiero's when they were launched (I had bought the CBZ which was launched earlier). While the CBZ would make heads turn, the Fiero was plain ugly. But then the Fiero was a pleasure to ride. Almost as peppy as 2 stroke, something the CBZ could never match up to.So what I have gathered from this thread is that the following mods can be done to the Fiero:- Changing the bore to get either 160, 180 or 200 cc- Changing the carb to BS 29 from the Pulsar 200- Disk brake from the Apache 150, Fiero F2 or Victor GLX- Changing the Swingarm to that of the Victor GLX- Changing the CDI to the TCI from the ApacheWhat about adding the Oil Cooler of the Pulsar 200 or Avenger (Someone has done it on an Apache so I guess it can be done on the Fiero)? Is there anything else that can be done?

                            Adding a Fifth Gear Perhaps.

Then you can also do what i've done by putting the pulsar 220's piston to take the cc's of your bike to 205.

The choice is yours and we are here to help you.
Can you rebore the stock 150 block to the the Pulsar 220 piston?

Does anyone have a copy of the Fiero or Apache Workshop Manual?

I would suggest to go with tube protector which acts as puncture sealant. Good enough to save you from being stranded in middle of no-where. Tiny punctures, you will not notice as well. I was using "Slime" and was pretty happy with the results.

Using TUBE in TUBELESS tyre ? Why do you want to spend extra bucks on TUBELESS tyre to put it with TUBE ?
