      Thanks yaar.

Yes dude. Am absolutely fine. Some minor bruises on the knees and elbow. The headlight was not yet ON man because it was still daylight. Headlight is safe, only thing broken is the plastic dome holding it.

Yaar Vishal ,good to hear that ,you're ok now.Indian roads are like that yaar, the moment we are in a traffic situation sometimes more than any skills we need luck to escape with just bruises .Thank your lucky stars yaar.Especially in big cities there are narrow misses galore everyday .The way we bikers live scares the crap out of anyone from outside the country.

I’d rather be on my motorcycle and think about God than be in temple and think about my motorcycle!!

The signature of yours ,at least a part of it " I’d rather be on my motorcycle and think about God" is very apt for our roadsThe traffic situations makes all of us do that.
In fact i always utter a small thanks to the goddess/gods whenever i pass by a temple while riding. It has become a habit ,a very much needed habit you might say.

Yes, I do think of god and thank him every now & then. I blow the horn whenever I pass any kind of worship place. Feels good.

Got the bike back from the mechanic. Headlight dome changed, right side switch changed, acclerator cable changed ,throttle grip changed. Total damages Rs.750/-

              Thanks all for good wishes.

              • my DUAL hid is installed.
its the most powerful light my eyes have ever seen.

besides, vishal i was thinking of coming over to your place to get my sprocket set replaced and change the gaskets, bolts of the engine casing from your trusty mechanic.
but i guess since you are hurt, maybe next week or a week later.
and i think I'll have to drop my bike there at Saturday and come on Sunday to take it back.

but it may not be possible this week i think.

and 750 of pocket damage is a good deal.
how's that fella whom you banged !!!
                is he okay??

If you put 2 HIDs, you will surely go and people on the road will curse you like anything like I do to other 4 wheelers

You can apply some oil to prevent further rusting, but that will not last long. Even my dad's FX has the same problem. Dont know how to actually solve this. If you find anything, do let me know.

                      • If it is mild, try Easy Off Bang. If not, WD40 or Zorrick from the hardware shops.

NANOtech, those lights are fearfully bright... from the pictures I can makeout the clarity it must be providing at night. Bright and well spread... sort of like the lights of the latest modern cars.
