Thank you God . Really you are a true God ! . But one thing how come in the zma it has 2 wheel balancer and in mine R it has one - I know it is how the engineer have designed it but why there is 2 in zma and 1 in R ? - And in the manual its says our wheels are die-cast - what is it ? - is it alloy or some other material being used like Fe.

The pic you shared of the classic ZMA having 2 weights is most probably additional weight attached 'later' at a tire shop. All Karizmas come from factory with one weight per wheel only.
Alloys are either made of Aluminium or Magnesium. Karizma has Magnesium alloys.
Die casting is a process where molten alloy components are forged into the casting chamber at high pressure. This ensures increased structural rigidity and uniformity over non die cast applications.
AZ91D is the most commonly used Magnesium alloy for die casting.

Never had any balancer on my wheels. Neither from the factory ones nor on the ones I replaced after the bent.

Bro,How is your 2014 zmr doing bro? Are your issues relating to engine solved? How is the performance after year & half of usage? Waiting in anticipation for your reply. Ride safe.

There are some random noises from the engine and does not feel as smooth as a zmr should be. But It's running fine. No major issue. So, I am not too bothered about the engine as such. There is so much to life than that one thing. But there's a chain issue lingering since 5 months now. Aiming to get it sorted in a month either by repair or replacement.

I don't think that's mandatory. I have seen lot of them without the balancer

buy from outside hero parts distributor ! they should have those - but while installing take your bike to the svc and not the local - svc will have the knowledge on which point to install the balancer - don't do it your self !

Use a long screw driver. You turn one side the beam goes up, the other and it comes down. Just learn by trial and error, I've adjusted it a zen times but still don't remember which side I should turn the damn thing.

Guys help !! I am in turmoil - I have crossed 10,000 KM mark - and still now I have not greased my ball bearings on the handle bar - as per on internet base if your bike's handle is creating a noise or it is tight on some direction you have to grease it , but I have not faced any issues - so in which KM should I grease it

                                And

Secondly , what are the symptoms of bearings need lube - like what kind of sound or problems will arise if someone have not had greased the ball bearings .

Thirdly - will this greasing of the bearings be done at the svc ? or do I have to do it DIY ? has there any post or picture of karizma's racer ball bearings ??
