      When I queried about older ZMA/ZMR getting the benefit of new Piston and cam, the Mehanic confirmed it is possible...He is also waiting for the New Spares to come so that he can fit them in his ZMR...I can give factual info on his doing so ...till then wait and watch...

        Waiting for the feedback from him and you sir. Please do keep me in the loop as i am ready to get this done on my Black Pearl. She is already the best the way she is now. But a bit more power would be preferred for highways

            you should never do such stuff, wax yourself using best possible polishes regularly. and you can even get a portable polishing machine from abroad if you need it

                They should be a direct fit if I am not right.. they have modified the swing arm, however the sprockets should be the same.. AFAIK, it has nothing to do with the Gearbox.. if that is the case, then I don't think i would have been able to fit the P220's rear sprocket.. the mechanic is just trying to fool thinking we have no basic knowledge..

                  maybe the mechanic i talked to meant that they have done some changes to the engine instead he said gearbox..

                    Even if they did some changes to the Engine, that has nothing to do with sprockets if I am correct.. as long as the holes fit the sprocket mounts, they can be interchanged.. like how the rear sprocket of P220 can be used in the Karizma Twins..

                      That's because of relatively similar gear ratios and compatible sprocket mounts on both bikes. For example, trying to increase the acceleration on an overtly long stroked bike would make no sense via sprocket mods.

                        Yes, very true. However, after the test ride of the new ZMR I didn't find it overly long geared.. seemed almost the same as the previous generation ZMRs.. lets see.. I might be going for the ZMR chain sprockets anyway.. besides.. our bikes are not overly long geared if I am right.. also, I wanna lay my hands on the O-Ring chains and the new chain guards of the new ZMRs and get them fitted on my Black Pearl so I am waiting for the spares

                          the asc manager told me that the new spares and accessories will be coming next month,this new zmr is in dire need of that rear mudguard ,as i was riding in rain last night and the dirt from the wheel even got up-to rear seat and grab rails and just soils the entire back end of the bike,really angry at hero for not providing the mudguard beforehand.

                            Why hasnt zmr been available in delhi, i contacted afew dealers in delhi, but none of them have zmrs available for sale...

                            They are saying that it will be available in a month or so..

                              How many zmr you want, in which colour you Want..? Come to east Delhi, you can get from discover to duke 390 to bullet ON THE SPOT..!!
                              I don't know why people crib for not available or booking period. Here, you can get even a Kawasaki without booking hassle.

                                Chill mate, i live in north delhi and checked with dealerships near my area,
                                I have already shared their response..
                                As compared to disco and d390, karizma has just been launched so on the spot deliv is not going to be available....
                                And as for bulls, i dont think u can get the fast selling standrd and classic 350 on the spot anywhere...
