Handling feels better because of new wider rear tyre and riding stance which is commanding type rather than commuterish. I feel suspension tuning is same as before so is handling but overall its feels slightly better than before....
PS: I forgot to mention about new rear tyre. Credit goes to rreneav1987Last edited by Naveen1985; 07-04-2014, 09:32 PM.sigpic
A good long ride can clear your mind, restore your faith and use up a lot of fuel....

Re: Hero Karizma ZMR (2014 version)
Got one doubt... We know that perimeter / trellis frame are way better than diamond in terms of handling . Whether the stiffness is the main reason? If so, then can we get same comfort in those frames that we usually get in diamond?

Perimeter/trellis frame is a different league in terms of handling compared to the diamond ones. I ride a 390 Duke and the handling is just outstanding as you all might know. But the fact is that if you want great dynamic abilities you have to give up ride quality, which is what Hero would never compromise. Stiff chasis gives you impeccable handling but at the same time transfers everything on the road to your back. I love to ride my CBZ than the duke just because of the outright comfort and the stable feel I get on the CBZ which is lacking in the DukeIf you worried about falling off the bike, you'd never get on.

My CBZ has completed 57k and is still running on stock sprockets. I really don't know what kind of bloody metal HMC use for their bikes. Damn tough.Originally posted by Divya Sharan View PostMy bike has superman brake pads and sprockets. [emoji3]
55k+ and going strong.

Thank you. So we can say that zmr could be more comfortable than hx since the chassisOriginally posted by junaid12345678 View PostPerimeter/trellis frame is a different league in terms of handling compared to the diamond ones. Re: Hero Karizma ZMR (2014 version)
Not even a automobile journals could able to review like this. Excellent review and bike too. At first I hated new zmr model but it grows on and on each and every time I see it. I liked every bit styling of new zmr and also aerodynamic of the current one than to the previous ones. Best wishes for your new zmr

Re: Hero Karizma ZMR (2014 version)
It also depends on the riding stance... zmr definitely has a comfortable stance compared to the hx250r. Besides, The hx was just showcased.. not a produxtiin model. Only time can telOriginally posted by dineshaugustin View PostThank you. So we can say that zmr could be more comfortable than hx since the chassis

How about the handling of new zmr compared to hunk? Is it almost same since the chassis?Originally posted by rreneav1987 View PostIt also depends on the riding stance... zmr definitely has a comfortable stance compared to the hx250r. Re: Hero Karizma ZMR (2014 version)
The Hunk is good for handling in city thanks to the shorter length.. but overall, the zmr scores better thanks to the sporty stance.. this is what i felt after i rode the hunk for more than 1500 kms in 7 days which included a 1200 kms ride to coimbatore from Chennai and return.. though i felt hunk was good in handling when riding it.. after laying my hands on my Black Pearl, the zmr felt better to ride.. i was able to get the max out of every turning i try to bend.. in hunk i didn't have full confidence..Originally posted by dineshaugustin View PostHow about the handling of new zmr compared to hunk?
