          heyy guysss! i feel like i am also facing the tappet noise problem with my new zmr ,it really feels like a sweing machine noise when accelerating at higher speed,apart from that i am facing no other issue.can anyone tell me how to rectify that or can it be done by self or by mechanic and if it can be done by self then what is the procedure..

            Take it to ASC mate.. till your bike runs out of warranty, that is the place to visit.. It's been a long time since I saw you in the forum.. Hope you are doing well

                  Got my rear Tyre hugger during my 1st free service...
                  pulsar 200NS,

                  It costed Rs:425(ADYAR BAJAJ).. including Tyre hugger and holding clamp..
                  It looks more sexier with it..

                  Just made some stickering job to hide their logo....


                  Friends I do recommend this for all of you b'coz it just works great in monsoon times and its way better than HERO's clumsy tyre hugger

                  Hi Vijay,

                  where did u get fixed that tyre hugger? in show room or any known mechanic, because I talked to a bajaj service center guy today and he said it cannot be fixed as pulsar 200ns tyre hugger has some different bolt and nuts settings and ZMR has some other.
                  He suggested me to do some modifications to 200ns hugger with the help of any mechanic and get it fixed.
                  Can you put a pic of other side of your wheel so that can see how he fixed it.

                            And how much have you completed on your bike til now?

                            That sounds pretty low for a ZMR. Assuming you own a ZMR and not the Karizma -R

                              Completed 3700 kms now and two free servicings are done.

                              I was talking about new Karizma ZMR bro..
                              After filling full tank I travelled for ~560 - 570 kms on highways before my fuel indicator started blinking. So in addition to reserve capacity of 1.5 ltr,
                              I guess it would take me another ~60 kms. On total approx 620kms for full tank.

                              How much actually new karizma ZMR would give for full tank?

                                No wonder you're getting such figures. Next time you calculate, dont 'assume' how much fuel is left and don't depend on the blinking. Very inaccurate. Use the full tank-to-full tank method.
