saw the review of zmr in thanti tv. another negative review for the zmr.

the reviewer claimed bike is not smooth even at 80-90 and doesn't have the ride quality for Indian roads. I don't know what to say. one thing for sure I will watch this show again

No such thing has happened for me till date.. But it has happend on my friend's ZMR. Probably some quality issue there.. on his bike, the tank pain is falling apart..

Happens to me too, its along the circumference. I'm guess the petrol condenses along with dust and forms a layer.
Nothing to worry, just wipe if off and ride on 😎

Its a very small petty issue. Nothing to worry at all.
Although am not entirely sure about the cause of it though. 😔

Do you guys have a habit of opening the fuel cap and checking the level? Lot of people do this.

I checked in the morning before going to gym. Everything looked dry to me except the tank

I only open the fuel cap after the fuel indicator starts blinking. To see if i can make it to the fuel outlet otherwise i dont touch it. Am I doing something wrong Oh Lord DS?

                  LOL for the bold part.
Nothing wrong, but that's when petrol vapors start evaporating and if done a lot may leave that sticky residue near the cap after mixing with the environment over time.
Another reason may be that the tank lid doesn't shut completely.

I also have a feeling that the Rubber material is not properly fitted to the tank cap due to which this residue can form

they also claimed bike tyre wobbles because front is 80 and rear is 120 & dash board is inspired for EBR, too lame. never mind.
dont believe media. they will write according to the payment. thats why ownership forums are there like Xbhp.
Hero should hire some media guys then.

Earlier I was thinking to go for Pulsar 200NS rear tyre hugger for ZMR, but
I have seen new Hero Karizma 2014 model rear mud guard yesterday to my friend's new ZMR, it is looking far better than in photos I've seen in Google.

                        Guys,
If we keep looks aside, which one could be the best Mud cap in terms of protection?

Hero's mud cap is bigger in size in comparison to 200NS and I am not sure but I guess that hero's mud cap can do a better job than 200NS.

No complaints on it till now..
