I don't know. But in my company we use these oks sprays and they have specially mentioned note on them to be used only in industries. But there is no stopping you from using it.
As for usage, maybe around 9-10 sprays.
I myself use gear oil for lubrication.

I was suggested to clean and lubricate every 1000 kms! Going by that will I be able to get atleast 5 to 7 usages before the can runs out?

Also where can I get MOTUL lubricant in chennai? Anyone else using other brands and found them to be good, please advise about them too.

Well, pls account few other factors...
        - CPR runs faster, this means the rate at which the lube is thrown out of chain will also be lesser with Gixxer & this also means the lube may stick slightly better
        - The quantity required with Gixxer may also be lesser compared to the size of the chain used in CPR

Pls check your owner's manual if you really have a endless chain using O, X or Z ring type for which a lube like Motul is required. Other type of chains are good even with higher grade oil

            3M Chain Cleaner (75 g): Amazon.in: Car & Motorbike

Is this what you meant by 3M chain lube & cleaner? The above link just says "3M chain cleaner". Also I notice some brand selling a single spray for both cleaning and lubrication while brands like MOTUL has two different products for the same.

I've been using 3M chain cleaner (yet to open the 3M chain lube as I'm waiting to empty the Motul chain lube) & the cost is more or less same to Motul Chain lube & cleanses as good as Motul, but I'm yet to check how good it protects the chain.

Regarding Motul, this should answer your question as I'm personally apprehensive about having 2-in-1 kind of products that does 2 job in 1 like clean + lube etc

I've not checked the link but like motul, 3M is having lube & cleaner specially for bike chains. Will post you the pics later.

Seen the link which u've given. Its chain cleaner, open the image & double tap to check it. But its very cheap compared to retail outlets.

Today I noticed this small metal ball on my gixxer silencer. Is this an issue ? Shall I inform scv? Will there be any problem in future ?

The metal ball is seen on all the Gixxer and is not an issue!...It is done prevent the cracks or stress on the bend tube due to frequent heating and cooling process!

Correct me if I am wrong... It is only cleaner to clean chain and I have to buy a lube separately right....

As the chain is open in Gixxer, You have to use Chain Cleaner first to clean of the dust and sand particles sticking to the chain!...Later you have to apply Chain Lubricant to lubricate the chain!

Should I lube every time I wash my bike or every 500 Km?

I'm lubricating the chain with Motul Chain Spray Combo! (Chain Clean C1 + Chain Spray C2) every 500kms!.......... (NOTE: Do not clean the chain by starting the engine and running in 1st gear and.......... Always put gear in Neutral and move the tyre in clockwise direction....because there is risk of fingers getting stuck in the chain sprocket if you do not follow this!)

                            1. First apply the Chain Clean (C1) throughly over the chain on all sides!...You can use the Yellow Coloured Chain Ring as index after finishing a single round. Later leave it for 5 minutes
                            2. Take a cotton waste/cloth ...Clean grim over the chain by wiping it off (Move the tyres Clockwise Direction)
3.Use a toothbrush to clean the grim between the o rings!
4.Later apply Chain Lube (C2) throughly over the chain on all sides and leave atleast 30 mins to lubricate!

If you are staying in dusty environment then it is recommended to do every 500kms!.......but not every Wash!

I'm facing strange problem. Actually when I ride my gixxer for about 5-10 kilometres, then I hear some ticking sound from the engine.
Suppose I ride it for 10km. Then I stop. After that I put the gear on neutral. Now after this ride when I accelerate in neutral, the engine produce some bad noise like kirrrrr at higher rpms(above 4k). Is this a normal? Does everybody faces such issue? I'm worrying a lot. Please genuinely reply.

Even iam also hearing that noise when the engine is hot tought its because of loose tappets showed to the suzuki senior mechanic yesterday at svc he said that the noise is common when the engine becomes hot & nothing to worry about it.
