Mileage, I just full tanked before this tune. Covered 100 km already. Will let you know once I refill in about ten days time.
As for the carb, I hope below is the right pic.

You are kidding, aren't you ... thats the automatic cam chain tensioner, not the carb - did the SVC guy adjust that?

Dynamo, why do you want a pic of the carb - tuned or not they all look the same.

I have asked for a clutch case replacement(paint chipping issue) and front wheel replacement as the wheel slightly wobbles in super smooth roads.

The SVC guys have asked to leave the bike with them for two days for them to get this done. I normally prefer the vehicle to be serviced in front of my eyes but can't do that now.

Any suggestions as to how to find out if they have indeed replaced the clutch case and the front wheel when I take it back from them?

I'm also like you. I do some secret marking on the part which I can only identify. Take a black permanent marker & put a small dot in three different areas of casing & wheel. Then check this after the work done. Simple...

Sounds like a plan! I will try that. Did you get the parts replaced? How are the new parts?

My 2nd clutch case has also started paint peeling off mailed to the suzuki india regarding this irritating issue.

I wonder why only clutch cases are having this type of peculiar paint peeling off issue.

Can u post the pic of your clutch case? just wanted to have a look at yours.

Now that should definitely be irritating! Only bikes made around December 2014 seems to be having this issue. This is mine.

Not suppose to wash with detergent using for washing clothes. Usually every scv will do the same bcoz they get detergent for Re.1

Paint peeling off on my clutch case started happening even before I took the bike to the SVC for first service. What do you say about that?

There r many reasons for paint peeling off. This is also one of the reason. That's it.
