Re: Suzuki Gixxer 155
I'd like to upgrade my headlights too. I was thinking about installing a 30watt LED bulb. The ones on eBay cost about Rs.2000 and output between 2-3000 lumens... About the same as an HID bulb but consume less power and don't need any modifications to the bike. Is it a good idea to use them?
These are what I was considering:

Re: Suzuki Gixxer 155
Long press the LEFT button for 2 or 3 seconds. The screen will change. Now use the RIGHT button to toggle the rpm light to blink or just glow. Now press the LEFT button once. Screen will change again. Now use the RIGHT button to set the rpm.Originally posted by Hitesh100 View PostGuys How to set the RPM meter to 5K , I expect the white light blink when i reach 5K rpm , I checked the manual but it was confusing .
Hope it's less confusing.

Re: Suzuki Gixxer 155
No I dont have a Gixxer, but this bulb is a direct fit in H4 without any hassle. And the lumens is just awesome. I found it better than HID.Originally posted by chats View PostDo you have a Gixxer too? And was the bulb easy to install?

Change the oil and oil filter. Incase you have any other issues, tell them.
Stay there and get it serviced infront if you only. Don't leave it in the hands of SVC.The real beauty lies in throttle's twist!!
Headlight can be replaced, Head cannot be. Wear a helmet.

Okz...I will do it in front of me.
I have few issues which I guess are common
1. Hard gear shifting
2. I can switch to neutral gear while running...that should not happen
3. Engine heating even for small distances like 2-3km
4. Headlight are insufficient.
Though m getting 55+ mileage
Thanks,
Vijay

2) Without pressing the clutch lever??
3) Check if the bike is running on lean AFR or not. During initial period of new bike, it will heat up a bit.
4) Use a 55/60W bulb instead of the punny 35W bulb. The real beauty lies in throttle's twist!!

Thnx yaar...
2. By pressing clutch lever but when I move from 2 to 1 or vice versa. But again it should not happen when bike is running.
4. 60w bulbs are not recommended
