Update. The bike I was supposed to get was picked up by another person as I postponed the delivery to around mid or end of February. I saw his delivery pic, the mirrors are the new updated ones and the bike DEFINITELY has slipper clutch, but the rotor size for the front brakes remain the same. The seat was more padded too compared to normal RC. No adjustable levers and I doubt they'll be made available with the stock bike to keep the costs down. They are already available as Powerparts. So I guess what the Service Engineer said about updated RC is right, all updates already made and no more are expected this year, at least till July.

I do have the pics but cannot find a way to upload them, the file is just not uploading to the tinypic website. I use an Android phone. Can anyone provide their email so I can send the pics and then it can be uploaded by him/her.

Guys I'm facing an issue with the handle of my bike since a week bike tends to drift towards the left side and there's kind of wobbly feeling in the handle under braking.
P.s.the bike hasn't been crashed nor there is any visible damage to forks, alloys. What can it be ?

Check your bike's alignment and also check the front wheel alloys for any bends.

That's good news definitely ,I've paid full amount for the 2016 RC 390. Expecting delivery this upcoming week. When I checked the bike ,the mirrors were not fixed on it ,service guys told the mirrors are still packed ,clutch was smooth as I mentioned earlier . Can give better updates once I get the bike on hand maybe.

Pics sent to RoyalIndian. Just two of them. The rotor and the mirrors can be observed but not the seat.

Does it feel that its much easier to turn towards the left, but feels extremely disproportionate towards the right? Because I think I've been noticing the exact same thing too, but I just assumed I was imagining it.
Suppose, at times, while riding, it might feel like the road is inclined a bit, when its not?

Would love some solutions too, and in case you take it to SVC or find out why, please do notify me too

This is exactly what i feel and plus the unsettling feel under braking conditon. I never crashed it in my 1y2m of ownership(touchwood). And I can't seem to locate the problem I'll be heading to the svc in 2-3 days.

Hey man. The mirrors are broader. A friend who owns 2015 RC said that the mirrors are slightly different. But I haven't seen these in person at all, when I checked earlier, these weren't installed. I have a poor phone camera else would have clicked proper photos of the seat and rotor. And I didn't get the bike, another person bought it! The pic was uploaded to the local KTM Riders whatsapp group. I cannot get any more pics unless I meet the owner.

got to ride an RC390 (which belongs to @WILLIAMS) today for the first time for a good 35 kms or so on a sparse (traffic-wise) bypass road around allahabad, most of the time spent upwards of 140kmph on the speedo and went to 162 max..what an exhillirating experience..wonderful acceleration and throttle response (obviously), and wonderful engine feel and sound...can't get that awesome feeling out of my thoughts since then..

the gear shifting is a little bit on the hard side (not so smooth/refined/whatever) compared to R15, and the suspension is pretty hard (although it was on the softest setting) which i can imagine would break one's body very quickly on bad roads but otherwise nothing that can't be dealt with and gotten used to overtime on decent roads, but anyway i couldn't give a shit about these things since i am not an owner and hence not gonna ride it in every condition to bother about all that, i was in just too much excitement feeling all that power/acceleration and speed..unfortunately no corners on that road so couldn't get a chance to experience the bike's sharp cornering capabilities that it's famous for.

also the first time i rode any other bike apart from my R15..

Stiff suspension isn't the only culprit, the seat is pretty hard too. But after 9500kms of ownership, I can safely say I'm used to that too. The only thing I'm still not completely used to is the hard clutch. Can't ride a minute over 2h if the traffic is as slow as 5kmph. Anything above 15kmph I'm totally comfortable fine!

The cornering on this bike is just insane with those beautiful Metzelers. In fact I didn't realize how good they were until I took a Ninja 300 into a corner and it slipped more often than not. I had to slow down in the corners instead of just leaning in and trusting the bike which I am so used to doing on my RC.

Retrofit slipper clutch..now lot of service centre does that..clutch will be smooth as well as engine braking wil be lot less.

Suspension is fine for me. Its as good as splendor.
Set it to 6 instead of default 3 and you are good to go.

I don't take bike to traffic mostly, so ok with clutch. [emoji1]

Apart from cornering most important is the ABS. Number of times I realized how important it is.
