Changed my riding jacket to this one over here

reason: cause it says ktm xp

first impressions just wow in terms of looks and kinda comfortable and well protected

    cost: ₹11,000

ignore the shitty hairstyle, credit goes to the super tight helmet

They also had a Kawasaki one at the same price too
    and also the pants

Is this how slipper clutch works ?
No, there isn't supposed to be any click or "katak" sounds when downshifting or extreme downshifiting, the slipper works smoothly without any sounds. I hope you're not confused with the gear engaging click. If you observe any kat or click sound, during extreme downshifting get it checked at the SVC, it isn't supposed to be. Sometimes it just be the chain slap, but that can be clearly differentiated.

What can I say 11,000 for a KTM PowerPart jacket, kid, you are indeed a deep pocketed chap. If I tell you the real price of that jacket, you'll suffer from insomnia for weeks. But hey, people go for what they like and congrats. Do post a review of it the riding gear thread.

It might be the chain slapping ,chain is pretty loose ,sound comes only when I release the clutch . Nevertheless ,bike stays straight with no rear slips even on 2-3 downshifts from 60+kmph.

If you hear also when you engage the clutch, like tak or "thaak" it most probably is chain, as during hard downshifts, the chain gets stretched back and forth due to the transmission forces, so you hear that generic sound, that's normal. Adjust your chain slack and observe for any strange sounds.

It's not heard when I engage for sure ! Whenever I downshift and release the clutch only it is heard ,that too only during heavy downshifts .

I did notice the battery cover pretty loose after two to three times of removing it ,it moves a bit to the left and right but no noticeable rattles ,while riding it ,the cover does not seem to move. Should get it checked during the first service .

                              Hello Guys,
I was in a big confusion as to which rear tire to choose. Options were the Michelin or Metz. My Metz got worn out at 7000 kms. I have fitted the Michelin 150/60/-17 as I would be doing a lot of highway riding for the next 2 months. I have noticed that during normal city riding; the Michelin is great but at higher speeds on the highway, I dint find it very confidence inspiring and have a kind of scary feeling which was not there with the Metz. I am not into cornering or leaning the bike too much. I am just confused and wondering if I just just remove the tire and go with the Metz. I have done only maybe 200kms on the Michelin. Can any of you'll please comment how the Michelin performs at high speeds, above 130kmph.

Have been observing this for the past two tank fulls , petrol level drops to four bars and from there drops to 2 bars without notifying the 3rd bar and going to low fuel mode . Is this normal or an issue ?
