I have noticed that during normal city riding; the Michelin is great but at higher speeds on the highway, I dint find it very confidence inspiring and have a kind of scary feeling which was not there with the Metz. I am not into cornering or leaning the bike too much. I am just confused and wondering if I just just remove the tire and go with the Metz. I have done only maybe 200kms on the Michelin. Can any of you'll please comment how the Michelin performs at high speeds, above 130kmph.
I'm no expert but I don't think 200kms are enough to break-in and/or judge a tire. The thing is, Metzelers are so grippy, switching to any other brand available is a downgrade.
I think you should ride for another 400-500kms to know the tire best and properly break-in.

2 bars disappearing at a time is normal for the RC. For me, the small triangle goes first and then 2 bars at a time.

Its normal and you should know the pattern of your riding and fuel efficiency so that you can track available fuel by trip meter.

No substitute for Metz. Its either Metz or a compromise. You should know your tyres are better than many SBKs running around.

I finally made time and got the part from KTM BTM Layout Bangalore. Cost Rs. 104, part no. JY541251.
I compared both the parts and found a small difference in the way the part is cut. It's very minor though.
I got it fit at a different service center where I know the mechanics well. It barely took 2 minutes to replace.
It actually feels way softer than before. I'm almost sure its not just a psychological effect but I will confirm it isn't in the following days after clocking a few more kms. I'm very happy with the part for now.
          Will update again shortly.

Did not push the bike over 90kmph ,at one instance downshifted 3 gears and there was a click sound from near the engine and bike stood on track ,no rear slips, but when I Rev matched this click sound was not heard. Is this how slipper clutch works ?
I think the Best way of knowing wether you have the slipper clutch or not is to check the owner's manual. I m sure it must be mentioned somewhere. Testings it while gearing down on a brand new pre-run in bike is not such a good idea as just in case if it harms any par
ts inside. Just my two cents.

2016 RC comes with slipper clutch. Officially confirmed here from a reputed SVC. The new model also doesn't come with a headlight on/off switch.

                    Cheers!

Once upon a time, a guy asked a girl 'Will you marry me?'
                    The girl said, 'NO!'

And the guy lived happily ever after and rode motorcycles and watched sport on a big screen TV, went fishing and surfing, and played golf a lot, and drank beer and scotch and had tons of money in the bank and left the toilet seat up and farted whenever he wanted.

No ride by wire and no side swept exhaust, nothing for now. They "may" or "might" introduce it later on in the upcoming years, but for now this is it.

                        Cheers!

Visiting the nearest KTM showroom would be a good idea, don't you think. Just head to the nearest reputed PBK showroom and they shall give you the details.
