the asc guys fixed the problem.
i asked them to top up the brake oil as it was low and he used a red color oil whereas the previous one was yellow in color.
how is the new brake oil different.btw it was DOT3 only but why the color change?Comment

Don't know which engine oil they are using for Unicorn. But using other oil than specified by the company will void the warranty.Originally posted by teamSpidey View PostComment

They use Honda Mineral oil 10w30. It will void warranty if they know that you changed the oil.Comment

the odo reading is 300 km till today and also the service manual says to service within 30 days or 1000 km.Comment

I am getting some extra harsh sound from engine.. but in the morning (actually afternoon) it runs fine... when I checked the engine oil level it was almost at the lower level of the dip stick... like 2-3 mm above the line... should I top up engine oil immediately... or can I wait for 2 more days, about 100 km... oil color looks okay... not sure if the harsh sound is due to less oil.. the sound usually comes during night ride..Comment

I think it's fine. That harsh sound comes after you ride in heavy (very heavy) traffic for 15-30 mins.
How many kms have you covered so far on this oil?Comment

I have covered 2000 km.. shell ax7 10w40 semi synthetic... going to get servicing done on saturday... will get engine oil changed.. and oil filter etc cleaned.. lets see if that makes any differenceComment

ASC guys are asking for Engine flush and decarbonisation. . It has done only 12000 km and is only year old.. does my bike need this? I change engine oil regularly every 2000 to 2500 kmsComment
