The engine rebuild was at 2nd year when i broke my 3rd gear somehow and the bike started acting up completely, leaking oil, black smoke, spitting fire thru exhaust.
and 4th year when the engine started leaking oil, black smoke, and something inside broke which caused the bike to not start again.
Either way, its a good bike but the way I drive, that would be the reason of the rebuilds i suppose.

Sharmaji this bike is meant for racing. So reving hard makes complete sense
My friends are automobile engineers who have given such opinion.
I hv been riding rough since day 1 i got RS200. No issues yet.

        30 days..4000 KMS done
Trust me this bike has no impact if u rev it hard in every gear.

          @ sharmaji
It's all your choice how to run in the engine ...
But the general norm is to wait till 1000 or 2000 mms before gradually in increasing the speed..
Imho hard run in are for only performance bikes with 500cc or more cc.even then they wait till first service.

I gave it in Khivraj which is located in Cubbon road. I am not satisfied with their service.

Stick to the manual if you want to have good long term ownership experience. Each bike's run in procedure should be done with care to avoid future problems. If you are going to put a lot of pressure on the engine from the beginning, you might not face any problem now but gradually you will realize your fault. Its all about "Karma".
There are many outcomes of not following the run in procedure properly. Poor mileage, Engine seizure are some examples. Try to follow the rpm range mentioned in your manual for those specific kilometers. Occasional burst of throttle will not do the harm but don't do it for a prolonged period. Explore the full potential of your bike gradually after completing your run in. What's the hurry?

Just check the coolant cap. If the coolant leaks, right side near the rear brake lever then it means the coolant nut might be loose.

It's not very near the rear brake
But its somewhat near the rear brake.......
Somewhere between the gear lever and the rear brake.
And also its not in a straight line with the brake
It's in a somewhat diagonal direction to the rear brake.

Please take it to the service centre and ask them. Just make sure you have enough coolant. If you dont have enough coolant, dont drive at less speed (which will make the engine very hot) try to reduce the gear shifting up and down. As soon as switch it to top gear and Maintain speed 50 at 6th gear and take it to the service centre. Make sure no leaks after fixing the issue.

Do you mean the engine check light ?
It should go away once you start the engine.
Pls check with the service centre if the engine check light is on when you are riding the bike
