This can be bought from South Africa and shipped worldwide.
The Gixxer does not need to be modified to fit the Triple tree clamp or the clipons. These are new parts that bolt on and replace the touring handle. The height of the front remained unchanged and the forks did not need to be lifted. Riding dynamics of the ride has increased especially around cornering and lane splitting. IMO the Gixxer should have come like this from the factory.
My Gixxer was the sample bike used to engineer these components for the design. I have tested on track as well and not a single issue.
The company I used is called Billet ACC Engineering
They specialize in all things motorcycles and their workmanship is brilliant to say the least :
ACC Billet Engineering

Re: Suzuki Gixxer SF : Ownership thread
if there is no change, then can we not just simply put the clip-on without replacing the stock triple-tree ??Originally posted by ///Shaun View PostThis can be bought from South Africa and shipped worldwide.

Also, are you able to turn the handle completely without touching either of the tank and front body??
Kindly share your thoughts

Re: Suzuki Gixxer SF : Ownership thread
Hello all. I'm new to this forum. Just booked my black Gixxer SF carb double disc variant from Meghavath Suzuki, Ganganagar, Bangalore. It's 1,07,236 on road. Got the engine extended warranty, Teflon coating, number plate for free after lot of bargaining.
Hence now it's 1,06,466. I'm getting 24k for my 2010 Apache RTR160 which has done 34000kms. So in effect need to pay 82466.
The funny thing was, a guy who bought an FZ16 in 2012 came in the showroom to buy the naked Gixxer.
I think he was getting around 33k for his FZ.

New triple tree clamp was designed for my bike as I did not want the center piece of the original triple clamp. Its ugly and for me in my opinion it defeats the purpose of having clipons.
All SUPERBIKES have a clean triple tree clamp and clips ons that fit from underneath. I followed suit.
The original Triple Tree Clamp can have the center removed but it will weaken the clamp. If you have a look at the motogp bikes they have clipons, fork adjustments for clipons and triple tree clamp hollowed out
With that said the clamp on could have easily fitted original triple tree clamp but forks will need to be raised. Once again defeats the dynamics of the bike but can be done. Personal choice i guess
Also nothing touches with current setup. Design was on CAD so clearances etc were checked
Once again as stipulated on the companies website. They supply and fit onto racing bikes. Every component is measured, weighted etc
This same company does "ZX10 Masters Cup with rearsets and clipons"
Hope this helpsLast edited by ///Shaun; 09-27-2016, 09:28 PM.

Re: Suzuki Gixxer SF : Ownership thread
Hey Shaun
Thanks for the explanation.. Thats indeed what I wanted to know...i believe we share exactly the same model and hence it would be feasible to just repeat the order for the parts that were built upon your bike... I am sure in India there are many people enthusiastic about gettin that action their bike.
Getting to the point here, can you share or message me the person from ACC billet whom we should be contacting if one were so inclined to get one.
Thanks

Will liaise with the company and get you guys pricing for everything.
I paid R3200 for clamp , race clip on , installation. Thats roughly about 15833.27 rupee
Found another website that is selling clip ons only. Maybe worth the try for the people in India?
41mm is the sizing for Gixxer SF
Roughly about 1935.60 rupee without shipping
@presidency - yes you can revert back to original , didnt take videos but I will upload more pics. Turning radius is the same as the new clamp seating was not modified
