To be honest if i do share the pictures you won't be able to figure out
Its 4300k
The low beam is yellowish as stock
The high beam has a whitish hue

No you have to get a led or projector setup to acquire a pure white light
Not sure if its worth ir because i have tried led s prior to this
Looks cool but gets cuts off by ambient lights and hurts the oncomers eyes
Thus changed to bosch

How should i actually write bro. Just give me some idea regarding it.. actually my brain has gone blank since i was told it is gonna me more late..

I booked mine on July 30, and have been running behind the dealer for a refund, I wrote to Suzuki three times, tweeted to their ID, cursed them on Facebook, so far, I have not received anything except apologies and nobody has called.

So in short you are attempting this mod to please your personal thirst of "how it should look" and for and the handle ergo that will suit you better.

Well I hope thay you are successful in making the mod.
Do post a complete write-up on how to do it, upon completing the mod.

P.S. I figure your bike is out of warranty right?

Yes I'll do a complete guide of "HOW TO"
As i have faced the problems by myself down the line
The idea which im implementing is from a fellow xbhpian itself
Im just fine tuning it to the best of my capability
As i want something that won't be dismal for the bike and at the same time will go with the image of the bike while retaining the comfort [fingers crossed]
So want to give something back to the community

The 1 year standard warranty is over
The extended warranty consists of different parts
I will be tampering with the triple tree clamp only as i have to drill only too holes in it
So it'll void only that
For everything else I'll get warranty


For instance i raised a complaint regarding brakes and they will be replacing my master cylinder kit

I am aware of the royal enfield 41 mm clip ons
Just wanted to have a another take on this rather than Ravi's method
Me and ravi had a conversation regarding his clip ons a year back
His problem was his bike didn't lock

And a lower turning radius, deal breaker for me.
Anyways, personally, more lean is a deal breaker in the first place for me. I love faired bikes but never felt like buying one because of the excessive lean.
And then arrived our darling. <3

I am aware of this buddy and I felt this mod completely unnecessary, both the RE and R15 Versions as this bike is supposed to be a faired tourer not a racer, but then again everyone has their own take

Gixxer SF goes Leh Ladakh

Guys, I took my Gixxer on an awesome 15 day trip to Leh Ladakh, from and back to Delhi via Manali.

I wish I could say it was all smooth like [MENTION=79589]CMJ[/MENTION] reported. But I did face issues at high altitudes.
There was a huge lack of power and the bike started jerking beyond a particular rpm at heights.
It was really bad at some instances.

Not sure if this is exclusive to my bike. Showed it to a mechanic in Leh, who cleaned the air filter and carburettor, but to no avail.
In the end I had to blame low oxygen levels for the lack of power. My friend's Duke 200 being FI was not affected at all.

The performed superbly at low altitudes though, as it always does.
