I got a problem, i just tuned my carburetor and got wrong setting, plus shoroom guys didn't help much.... Can any one suggest me idea stock tuning, meanwhile how many times i have to turn screw when its on the leanest side... Whts app me

Heard abt stock setup is 3 on 7 -

How to alter its setup up & down?
It will be helpful with demo pics & tool to use..

Also help whether the seat/saddle height will get lower if we change setup to 5 or more stiffer?

Got my Gixxer SF today. 107466 on road Bangalore.

Congratz bud, special congratz on joining teh Dark side (with the Black SF). Make sure you spend a good amount of time on reading the user manual. Also remove that sticker from the headlight.

Take care of it every day month n year. Get it serviced in proper time. Its someone who'll always be on ur side if yo take care of it.

I'm planning to buy Gixxer SF this week. Can anyone suggest the best place to buy it in Chennai... I've heard that many dealers are not providing decent service.. I'm confused. Please help me in choosing the good one..

One doubt, since it's a DC setup, is it a problem if I keep the pilot lamp on the whole time!? Like a sort of daytime running light?! This even ligts the tail lamp and instrument console.

Thanks mate.. Got manual and read its setup too. But just need the detailed alteration setup with image if possible, if anyone tried..

And also, wish to know whether the saddle height decreases with altering the setup to stiffer side..

When your engine is running, it will recharge the battery. So dont worry. In all other countries, bikes dont have headlight switch. When they turn on the ignition, the lights turn on from the Get-Go. Its a law for them. They can only switch between low and high beam.

I ride with my headlights ON not just the pilot light. I find it amusing when people tell me my headlights are ON.
