Hey guys, I own the gixxer SF fi. The blue MotoGP version. Now I feel like the stickers are too flashy with the fluorescent green and all, so I'm thinking of removing them all, and replacing them with less flashy stickers. Do you guys have any suggestions? Could you attach pics as well if the said modifications are of your bike? And also, is there a type of wrap that makes the bike appear to have a matte finish?

Also, on another subject, I need to change my headlights as they are too dim. What ones do you suggest that do not affect the battery much?

Dont use 300V. That is a racing oil. Its not meant to be used for general purpose riding.

Go for a LED H4 base bulb at 35W power to protect your electricals and get the max output. People have used 55W as well but I don’t recommend that.
When you’re selecting a LED, look for these have a small reflector thing to separate High and Dip beams. Otherwise the light covering distance will be same and you won’t see a big difference between dip and high beams.

          Hey thanks man 😁
But I read somewhere that led lights don't reflect properly on our bike? Like it seems it's scattered more. Is that what the small reflector thing you said about is for?

Yes that small reflector will limit the light scatter but unfortunately i have not seen this personally. Other bulbs will scatter the light everywhere making opposing drivers much more uncomfortable to drive by. I’m dying to buy one of genuine Philips 35W LED bulb with driver but it costs somewhere around 12,000 INR. I bet it has quality light pattern.

Hi all. Is anyone facing problem with console clock? Mine is not accurate. It gets 15 minutes ahead of current time in few days!

I know they are trying to rip me so I will be doing that myself. The cleaning and lube cans cost about Rs. 1100 si I think for what it's worth, I should do it myself.
Yeah, the svc charges around 200 rs for chain cleaning and lube. You can get a cleaner plus lube set for less than 400 rs at your local mechanic. Mine lasted me 6 months of weekly lubrication. Chain is still running strong at 28000 km.
