I have never heard of this company of engine oil and google search displayed nothing regarding it.
The price is still shady because oil filter is not that cheap, mine costs 200 Rs for R15, I expect atleast 100 Rs for the gixxer (experienced Gixxer owner can throw some light on the price).
I would advice checking with another service center regarding this, see if both of the products and their prices match.
    ECSTAR | Global Suzuki

    R9000 costs 599

    Filter costs 50

Thank you for the quick reply sir.
May I ask, if you have heard about the engine oil quoted in the above post?
It would be a great help.
      Thanks

My bike recently completed 23K Kms and both the tyres have worn out. I checked out MRF dealers in my area but they all don't have the front ZAPPER FX and quoted me Rs. 3.3K for the rear REVZ M.

I also visited store that deals with CEAT tyres. They have 100/80 ZOOM PLUS F for front and 140/60 ZOOM RAD for rear. The size and pattern is similar to stock tyre. They rubber also appears to be soft-medium compound.
Since the stock MRF tyres aren't available I was thinking of going with the CEAT as I need a tyre change urgently.

Does anyone here switched to CEAT?
If so how is the experience? Particularly high speed grip and cornering feedback.
And also how does the tyre perform in wet conditions and braking?

        Help please!!
Don't go for CEAT bro... WHICH state are you from?????

Go for Michelin if it is available...

He quoted chain cleaning and lubrication at Rs. 260! When I questioned him how it could be that high, he said that's the standard charge. I know they are trying to rip me so I will be doing that myself. The cleaning and lube cans cost about Rs. 1100 si I think for what it's worth, I should do it myself.

Can anyone suggest any other compounds with costs if possible?

I think the rear tyre size is 140/60. I don't think tyre with a sidewall of 70% will fit.

If you want to know what difference it makes, ride a Hornet 160R.

I dont know if you can use it or not because I am not using it. If you are thinking about going for MRF Masseters then dont do that. Stick to whats mentioned in your manual.

That is wat happened with the service head bro.. 30 minutes of angry conversation... Finally he apologised and as the bike is going to be in rest for the next few months after the service, I didn't change the oil...

They might not have had stock of xW-40 oil. Next time you can make sure they fill the right grade. Is the oil leak issue rectified ?
