and I am also getting thud sound when the bike going on uneven roads and also during sudden braking(Front), any solution for this issue?

One more thing about the suspension, the suspension is in default setting currently and it hurting my back for even small bumps. I think rear suspension stiffness can be adjusted but what about the front suspension ? is there any way to make it somewhat soft? Please share your thoughts

      Thanks in advance

        what about the front suspension
Yes it will be covered in your warranty.

No solution for thud sound, deal with it.

The front suspension does nothing to the back. If any force is transmitted through the handlebars, it will stop at shoulders. Rotate the adjuster clockwise on the rear shock to make it softer. You will have only 2 steps available as it comes set at 3 from factory

I face the same issue on my naked gixxer. I've adjusted the valve clearances to spec myself, yet the sound persists.

I'm guessing it's something to do with the camshaft.

I've gotten used to that sound and don't bother about it.

Where did you get those bar end lights from? What is the cost?
How did you fix it since the handle bars are hollow?

I got it locally @Rs 400 and i drilled two holes to wire those lights

For hollow handle bar, these lights come with washer which tightens the hollow portion using a rubber

Starter :- The starter uses an electric motor to turn the engine over and start it. When the key is turned to the start position of your ignition, a solenoid inside sends electricity from the battery to the starter.

Spark plug :- The electricity that flows through the spark plugs is delivered by the ignition system( starter) where it create a spark in the engine to ignite the fuel and air mixture.
