Re: Mahindra Mojo Owners Reviews and Experiences
Congrats bro. Looks like you bought from Delhi. I bought from Pune and faced some issue while delivery. I am yet to get front guard and mobile holder and riding jacket. Also, I had asked if I would get a 2017 model but as per insurance, I have got 2016. But I guess I have already started loving this bike so not bothering about the manufacturing year.Originally posted by View PostMany Congratulations to you!

Cool bro. I think the year of manufacture is immaterial till the time question of resale comes to the mind. The motorcycle is awesome. Rev free, smooth and massive. After riding Pulsar for 10 years, this a giant leap for me. The dealer here in Delhi installed all the equipment and I will receive the jacket next month mid.Originally posted by Vivs.D View PostCongrats bro. Looks like you bought from Delhi. Hi All,
This morning I got a call from Mahindra and they are offering 25k discount on MOJO due to the BS3 issue and off is valid for today only.

In Bangalore, we can get 40K off through some contacts :POriginally posted by neer350 View PostHi All,

Anyway 25K is also a good deal and if you are keen on Mojo then go ahead and buy it now. BS4 doesn't bring much changes and getting a BS3 with the current offers is a steal and makes the Mojo even more VFM.

Re: Mahindra Mojo Owners Reviews and Experiences
Hello dear mojo owners!!
I am thinking of switching from pulsar as200 to mahindra mojo in the coming month, the reason being the engine is very smooth and trustworthy, I really liked the riding posture it's so comfortable for long rides and that huge torque is very useful on twists and turns and Hilly rides, and the looks are really killer.
But, its just my personal perspective that the twin exhaust system is unwanted and makes somewhat hollow sounds and increases the weight to 187 KGS unnecessarily.
So my question is can I remove the twin exhaust system and put an aftermarket lightweight single exhaust instead? And if yes how is the performance after the modification?
I really like the bike and want to switch but exhaust system is the only thing coming in the way...

Not many owners have modified their exhausts or specifically changed the exhaust setup from 1-into-2 to a single unit. As far as I know only Sarath (Mojo Baba) has a single unit, but that was done for a purpose I believe. Doing such modification is illegal and also I've heard that changing the setup into a single unit will reduce mileage and make it even more louder which is not approved by the RTO. And it may affect the performance (increased back pressure) and dynamics of the bike since you will be removing a significant amount of weight from one of the side of the bike. So I'd suggest that you drop the idea and maybe change the db killers to suit your requirements.Last edited by FuNa; 04-02-2017, 11:33 AM.

To extending FuNa post I would like to take you note another crucial point that if you modify such things on your ride during warranty period there is high chances of losing the warranty. So don't think about modifying your new ride until you take its full responsibility.Originally posted by randhish View PostHello dear mojo owners!!

Re: Mahindra Mojo Owners Reviews and Experiences
Dear All,
Finally got my #MOJO yesterday, all thanks to supreme court BS III ban😉. I purchased it frm Khandelwal Automobiles Jhandewalan. Please suggest on below:
1) While taking delivery of my Majo, I didnt do any pre checks, Do I need to check anything specific?
2) Which all accessories I should opt for? As not interested in accessories package offered by Dealer for 20k. I will be driving it mainly in cities and once in 6 months for touring. Any retailer in delhi where I can get Mojo org accessories?
3) I am not feeling confident of side stand and feels like Mojo can slip down. Any alternative for this?
4) Can I accelarate from day one or need to wait till first service?
More questions to come 😜
Thanks/Mayank

1) a pre check is always welcome, do check inside the seat . I missed the pre check and my bike didnt had the tool kit . And still i dont have :P
2) Get the fog lamps provided by Mojo its a must . Then you can opt for many accessories as per your need
3) Yes you will feel it initially due to its weight . As we are used to light motorcycle and we can engage the side stand even though the bike is tilted . But on the MOJO you have to engage the side stand when its straight . With the time you will get used to it .
4) Drive gently till first servicing

Re: Mahindra Mojo Owners Reviews and Experiences
I don't much about Mojo but as a general rule don't push your ride hard before 1st service. Also don't for accessories from dealer. If needed you can fit it after-market and that gonna cost you less for sure.Originally posted by Mayankbh View PostDear All,

Re: Mahindra Mojo Owners Reviews and Experiences
Bike does heat up in bumper to bumper traffic. It's normal.Originally posted by Vivs.D View PostGot my Tourer edition today. The bike is awesome on the highway. Getting used to city rides as well. The bike got heated up very much in city rides. Should be normal for a new bike? Also, the RSA comes free for me as the showroom guy said (or is it free for everyone?). Planning some good rides coming weekend.
When asked about the speeds for run-in period, he said don't cross 120 (!). Surprising thing is that the guy was Mahindra manager and not a showroom dealer. Is it really true?
For runin, stay under 6k rpm for first 2k.Be the change you want to see in other Riders!

Re: Mahindra Mojo Owners Reviews and Experiences
Hello Guys,
I am planning to buy MOJO. Can anyone from Pune (PCMC) provide me information regarding aftersales experience?
Its because I took a test ride from Gupta Automobiles, Chinchwad; seems that the bike given to me for test ride was probably customer's bike(I am not sure). Because sales guy told me that they have service center nearby (Probably next building) and he went and came with bike in 10 minutes.
Also if one can explain ownership cost would be more helpful. One thing I noticed is that when I parked the bike after test ride the stand was not good enough to park that bike confidently. Bike rear wheel was getting lifted if you simply push the bike by single finger also. Not sure if it is the same case with all the MOJOs.
Otherwise the test ride experience is superb. Bike feels robust, comfortable, confident and pretty quick when opened the throttle.
Thanks in advance.
