Re: Mahindra Mojo Owners Reviews and Experiences
Hi , I am from Pune . Usually we give our MOJO to Solum automobiles located at Swargate . Most of us prefer there only because the technician Mr. Ganesh do awesome job on Mojo. Going to service centre is not any issue bcoz Mojo is always given priority so we end up getting our bike serviced in 2 or 3 hours that too infront of our eyes. PM me if you need any more details . Also few BS3 MOJo are available now in discount if you need i can give more infoOriginally posted by AbhijitPisat View Post

[QUOTE=twinthrottle;1286819]Welcome to the mojo tribe
1) a pre check is always welcome, do check inside the seat . I missed the pre check and my bike didnt had the tool kit . And still i dont have :P
2) Get the fog lamps provided by Mojo its a must . Then you can opt for many accessories as per your need
3) Yes you will feel it initially due to its weight . As we are used to light motorcycle and we can engage the side stand even though the bike is tilted . But on the MOJO you have to engage the side stand when its straight . With the time you will get used to it .
4) Drive gently till first servicing

Thanks for your suggestions..
I found my tool kit under seat.
For where I can get fog lamps installed and any idea about pricing?
Enjoying Mojo drive @60kmps.
Is leg guard a must?? As weight is almost 188+ kg??

Re: Mahindra Mojo Owners Reviews and Experiences
Guys, I am confused between Mojo Tourer edition, Duke 390 and Dominar....i personally love mojo for its feel and looks but duke looks killing as well, whereas dominar is more of a balanced package with great pricing.
My question is that how is mojo's ownership experience in terms of after sales service, small problems, service intervals, top speed and heating?
Thanks in advance.

Re: Mahindra Mojo Owners Reviews and Experiences
I think mojo is a good tourer, expect a tank range of 600-700kms, tho on the heavier side , the dominar is a VFM product , tho I've seen many still complaining about vibes in the bike between 4.5-5.5 rpm , the Duke you can go for , if you have the money , I honestly find it a very exciting bike, and with the newer chassis and electronics it could only be better in all ways and tank capacity increased to 13ltrs. I own a CBR 250 r , I honestly wouldn't mind owning a Duke, from your choices. Was never a big fan of bajaj but from the reviews can say it's the smoothest bajaj yet. Coming to the mojo , I find it to be a proper out n out tourer, only drawback is lack of abs and , while both the Duke and mojo have usd forks , dominar has the telescopic ones but with abs, also the dominar has the best stock headlights. My issue with mahindra is the lack of service networks and maybe spares, KTM and bajaj seem to be all fine in that sense. My advice , take test rides of all 3 bikes, and see which bike suits your riding style and also based on your usage.Originally posted by prsntmsra View PostGuys, I am confused between Mojo Tourer edition, Duke 390 and Dominar....i personally love mojo for its feel and looks but duke looks killing as well, whereas dominar is more of a balanced package with great pricing.

Re: Mahindra Mojo Owners Reviews and Experiences
Thanks. I already own aquila pro gv650, which is not a go everywhere bike and also honda dream neo that does not go beyond 80kmph. I also had owned CBR250 in the past. I've ridden duke 390(earlier version) and mojo both....will ride dominar this week. Duke's 2.5lac pricing seems overspend for me as i already own a 650cc 74bhp bike. Mojo doesn't have slipper clutch, LED lights, 35bhp power 36NM torque hence i wanted to know why would anyone go for Mojo not dominar? Duke is out of equation though.Originally posted by Deathwing View PostI think mojo is a good tourer, expect a tank range of 600-700kms, tho on the heavier side , the dominar is a VFM product , tho I've seen many still complaining about vibes in the bike between 4.5-5.5 rpm , the Duke you can go for , if you have the money , I honestly find it a very exciting bike, and with the newer chassis and electronics it could only be better in all ways and tank capacity increased to 13ltrs. Re: Mahindra Mojo Owners Reviews and Experiences
Honestly I don't see the point of slipper clutch for the road , if you plan to do a lot and lot of touring the mojo should be your bike due to its tank range of 500-700kms with usd forks which is the only advantage otherwise dominar should be your choice. If your going only ride in the city, do consider the fz25 otherwise I spose dominar is your bike.Originally posted by prsntmsra View PostThanks. Re: Mahindra Mojo Owners Reviews and Experiences
Capped 10K kms with a ride to Chhitkul, HP. Economy during the climb was 33 km/l as measured by the fill-tank-to-brim method.
I must say that 10K in about 1.5 years is rather less running, still, the bike runs as good as the first day.
No oil leaks, no gasket seepage, no rattling parts, exactly two service center visits for two scheduled services.
Much fun.200 | 300 | 1200 BOXER

A fellow mojo rider here.
Last day I met Sharath Shenoy aka Mojo Baba for a ride organised by Kerala Tribe. He was seen testing a 6-way adjustable levers (front brake and clutch), front wheel sliders and engine sliders. He hasn't had enough falls to give a feed back yet. But they are definitely coming.
Some have used Moxi universal adjustable levers without much issues.

Re: Mahindra Mojo Owners Reviews and Experiences
Mahindra mojo is an awesome bike. But guys i really think we need an upgrade to abs. The rear tyre is locking up very fast. I have had couple of instances of a near accident with my rear tyre locking up. I am not demanding for a dual channel abs but we really need an abs for the rears atleast.

Re: Mahindra Mojo Owners Reviews and Experiences
Mojo is quite heavy at front, although not like a full faired sports bike, still bike is little heavier at front .Originally posted by Gouthammohan View PostMahindra mojo is an awesome bike. If you see the current bikes, you will hear that the rear brake is sluggish, soft etc..
Thats actually as a safety measure.
I havnt ridden Mojo, only sat on it once.
From what you have said, I think the rear brake is sharp and has strong bite.
So try changing your braking technique, use more pressure on front and less on rear.
Also at SVC tell them to make the brake little soft, increase the brake pedal play, so you can modulate the brake pressure better and little more precisely.
Don't think on ABS right now, let mahindra bring it,then you can see if retrofit is possible.

Cheers.

Re: Mahindra Mojo Owners Reviews and Experiences
They should have given it while launching it for such a heavy bike. I really dont trust the rear brakes.Originally posted by Anupdas View PostMahindra is working on the ABS but retro fitting is going to cost a bomb. Intel from Mojo Baba.
