Guys, anyone, please tell me which size allen key I need to open up the side panel. I just found the obscure lucky screw-the golden AFR screw. I need to mess with it! Please reply as soon as possible!
The Allen Key comes with Hornet in the tool box/bag. See for yourself.

Most pathetic things are poor headlight throw and engine noise above 80.

      Rest things are good
AC headlight is the worst thing as well as poor wattage(35/35W). New TVS Victor, Bajaj V15 offer 60/55 W headlight.

In Guwahati, Assam Throttle engine oil can be directly purchased.

Initially for first 30-40 km bike didn't go above 105 easily. But after that very easy 110-115. Did top speed of 120 by leaning down! 😎

One thing for sure, once bike picks up speed it holds it steadily.

Also did redline of all gears..
            1st 30
            2nd 50
            3rd 75
            4th 100
            5th 113

Time to replace engine oil. 2100 km since last oil change.

Feels awesome on this bike after fully geared up. People stare and give way. Even cars do!

This is a very serious issue. You should contact the dealer where you purchased your bike from, the ASC and raise the issue. If you are not satisfied with their reply, then contact HONDA customer care. Anyway you can purchase it from market if they don't help you.

What is this on my rear wheel?
I have seen this in all bikes. I though it is for aesthetics

Hey! The allen key did only 20% of the job. How do I open the rest of the, uh...stuffs. The grommets, bosses and trim clips. I dont see them on the outside.

I think thats the fuel screw. Someone said its accessible with a long screw driver. It ain't!

After removing the pan screw you have to remove the trim clip. Using a thin/small screw driver try to lift the inner part of the the trim clip. After it comes out a little, pull it using your fingers and the whole trim clip will come out. You can go through some YouTube videos of trim clip removal for visual observation/reference. Now pull the side cover outwards so that the bosses come out of the grommets. Now slide the side cover so that it comes out of the slot and your job is done. Or you can learn it from your friendly Honda mechanic.

It should have been slots, not 'slot' as mentioned above.

Welding is not that good by the way it looks.
