Re: TVS Apache RTR 200 4V
In Chennai too there is problem in getting the bike. I booked a Matt Red about a month ago but still the dealer has no clue when it will arrive. They got 2 Matt Black and 1 Grey and insisting me to get any of those but I don't want to. Maybe I will cancel my booking and go for some other vehicle.Originally posted by Dovahkiin View Post

Even I had booked the matte red colour but now i will accept any colour as long as they get me the bike (I will even accept a matte pink oneOriginally posted by Akashxxz View PostIn Chennai too there is problem in getting the bike. ..I can always wrap it to a colour of my choice later). Here in Bangalore we are not getting any RTR200 of any colour as far as I can see.
Hey Anel. Thanks for the info man. As for the ABS/Fi versions let TVS start providing the carb versions to us poor Indians first
then we can look at the higher priced variants. If you waiting for these then I guess it will be a long wait.

Oh man. That's a long time to wait. I'm too frustrated. Mostly I'll go for the double disc Gixxer variant.Originally posted by Logan01 View PostI booked from Tristar TVS, Domlur 20 days back but they have no idea when the bike will come and also they stopped taking booking.
2nd dealer is Kubera Motors, HSR layout, where i booked yesterday only, they are saying waiting period of 45-60 days max but only three colors, Glossy white, matte grey and matte black.
They had one glossy white in display on which they let me hear exhaust note!!!!...man when i will get that bike..
But the instrument cluster is showing 82 kmph as top speed, when i asked them, they told that they test every bike coming from TVS whether it is ok or not.
Bike doesn't looked as if they give it for test drive, so that is ok for me...
You can call to 9964856285(Madesh), he a salesman there, he can help you out about your query.
You can also take a look on Solar TVS, Nayanda Halli. They told that they can provide me any color except yellow i think.
I called them and they told one month waiting period after that i got call from them saying three months waiting period.
I told them in 3 months i can get from dealer which is just 2 kms from my stay then why i will go to you which is at least 18 kms away.
They told they will call me back after discussing with their manager. I got call after one day saying that they can provide me in 45 days.
I don't know they are bluffing or saying truth but you can try.

You can try Gixxer SF FI.Originally posted by vishandy2k View PostOh man. That's a long time to wait. I'm too frustrated. Mostly I'll go for the double disc Gixxer variant.
FI version of Gixxer is available only in SF and that too only in Moto GP edition.
You can try dealer of Indiranagar.
One of my friend got within week or maybe less than that.
I was also confused between the two but now only RTR.
But if you can buy some time, my suggestion is you should go for RTR200.Once there was a man and a Bike....
They have seen once only.....

Looking at your situations, I would ask you'll to come to Mumbai if possible. Ready delivery of the bike in 1 day and choice of 3 colors.Originally posted by Dovahkiin View PostHey Akash. The Suzuki showroom guy near my house said there's 2 bikes available in the stockyard. If I give full cash payment I'll get the bike within a day or so.Originally posted by Logan01 View PostYou can try Gixxer SF FI.

Hmmm I will enquire at the TVS showrooms and see if some shipments of the 200 have come.

Hi Bro. I was too frustrated man, after I spoke with the sales guy from the showroom I booked. So, evening went and said them that I will cancel the booking and need full refund of the amount I paid. Then, the guy discussed with his manager and finally assured me that they will definitely deliver me the matt red bike by Saturday. They asked me to pay the remaining amount anytime in between or on the day of delivery. Let's see what happens. Cannot wait anymore to receive this amazing machine.Originally posted by Dovahkiin View PostHey Akash. I am afraid you guys in Chennai are better off than us. Adv wishes. Going by your conversation with the showroom, better not to pay the full amount before delivery.Originally posted by Akashxxz View PostHi Bro.
