They didn't told anything about how many free service or warranty ? Can you share anything on that.
And also how is mileage and long drive (>100 KMs) comfort.
The new SR bikes will be launched by then. Most probably with full time Day Time Lights and abs. Hold your horses and wait for it.

      Hey guys..

Just completed 500 km on my Aprilia SR 150.. Must say, its so much fun to ride this bike. At every point, the bike encourages you to go faster.

      I have 2 doubts -

1 - While registering the bike at RTO, generally the RTO people print the Chasis number on paper using pencil by scratching it. But in case of Aprilia, the chasis number is not easily accessible. How did you guys managed it? I have to go to RTO in couple of days, so little confused here.

2 - While being idle or at low speeds, there are lots of vibrations from the bike which you can get transferred to your hands as well.. Is it normal for this bike or something wrong with my model?

        Hi Cloudone,

1, I traced Chasis number myself by putting white paper in that small inlet at side of bike and used pencil to scribe/trace that number for RTO purpose.

        2. Idle time vibrations are there for my bike also, but it is not that annoying to me, slow speeds I dont get much of vibrations or atleast not much notable by me. Lets wait if some one has same observations.

Manual given with sr 150 says reserve of 1.2L, So what happens when bike reaches up to reserve's level, do we get some indicator or we have some lever to enable reserve? I haven't oberve any one of the situation.
If anyone is aware please enlight me.

No I think it's just a way of saying. There are no indicators apart from the fuel gauge. The last time i refueled, I managed to put about 6.2ltrs in the tank. which means i had only about 300ml left. There was no indication.

                  Good point,
I have observed capacity of tank is more than 6.6 as said in manual.

Or, maybe the fuel stations aren't caliberated properly. You *maybe* paying more for less.

Yes, because "k" isn't even a valid English word and the forum is not FaceBook.

BTW, have you seen this >6.6L phenomenon at multiple bunks in your area? Because we frankly haven't ever had it filled to the brim. It's always only filled for 300 rupees, so it would be good to know.

Actually, since you had to bring valid english, https://en.oxforddictionaries.com/de...K_Residual_200 Read up! And what is this Facebook?

Not really. I filled up for the first time cause I thought I ought to know how much it runs to the litre. I am assuming it was right, since the the petrol in the tank was up to the brim and the indicator was at full. Also, I don't really know the capacity. I was simply refering to the "indication", that there isn't any.

May be, I should try other fuel stations.

                              hi Guys,

Do anyone faced tail bone pain on sr150?
I am wondering whether my tailbone pain is beacuse of some other issue or sr150 riding position as seat is very tough though and we feel bumps anyhow on it.
Please let me know if something can help me.

                              Regards,

It's all part of the package. Stiff suspension equals direct transfer of undulations to the body. And since the sitting posture of the bike is upright, the effect gets transferred to the back via ur tailbone. Hence.... Well.... Either ride really slow... Or change the springs... Or the scooter... 🙄
