Same question was in my mind when i saw that tank display first time. But after looking closely i noticed that there is space for water flowing at the bottom of display. So no such type of possibilities.

Thank you, its a big relief.

Congrats Dude. Do a proper run-in. Since manual is not around, you can try following normal run-in procedure (keep RPMs under 3-4K in every gear and maintain below 60 kph.

Happy miles munching.

Congrats bhai.. Awesome, have fun dominating the roads.. Keep updating us about the bike's positives and negatives from owner's perspective..

Will finally test ride the bike this weekend (haven't got bikes yet in Mysore).. Planning to book it after a month.. If you can calculate mileage in any way, its much appreciated, as I wanna use that as a point to convince my parents that I can use this bike worry-free on a day-to-day basis..

Completed foramlities and was told to choose bike. I inspected bikes and found that few bikes are having lill panel gap at oil tank.
So i asked them for few more options. They called to their godown incharge to sent few white bikes.
Inspected again closely and there were no panel gaps in newly unloaded bikes.
Chose one bike and asked them to prepare.
After foramal ceremony bike came home.

2... I asked bajaj dealer at the time of delivery. They confirmed that manual will be provided later. When i called them yesterday they told me to collect it whenever i am free.
I will update you all on the same.

cheers!!
Wolverine, first congrats man.. they asked you to chose the bike. But my dealer told me that bike is specifically allotted each chassis no/ engine no. allotted for a person. they are simply saying.so whoever goes first has the choice to choose the bike. When they can concentrate on product launch, delivery everything why they are delying things like user manual?
kinZ, never do that, it won't be a big upgrade (atleast for feeling) if you are from cbr 250. So wait, save money & buy something which will blow you out with performance

Hey there fellas, Dominar owner here.!
Pls. let me know if any of you have received the manual, and will do the same.!
I asked the service engr. about the air for the tyres and I was told 28 for front and 33 for rear.
And when I went to fill the tank, I also checked the pressure, it was bang on 28 and 33.
I was feeling if this was quite lower than what I used in my Unicorn earlier.
So need the manual to know things like these..
Also as I've told in the other Dominar thread (which is now closed), when I asked about the rpm limit, the service engr. told us (people who collected the bike along with me) to ride below 7500 rpm. And there's an rpm light on the bike too which glows around 8k rpm.
So, in order to check all this, having a manual would be better, right!?

PS: I have 210 kms on the odo currently and will post a detailed review after first service. Jotting down points in my dedicated D400 diary with every ride.

@Wolverine : Sweet ride sir! The bike is looking superb and hearty congratulations for it!!
Even I have booked the Dominar in Bangalore and I have got the dispatch message.
Had a small query regarding the same...
You got to select which bike you wanted, so did you do the payment formalities beforehand? or once you shortlisted the bike you want out of the Dominars available at the dealer?
Because my dealer is saying the bike will be coming by Saturday and I will have to do the payment beforehand, and from the looks of it it didn't look like I will get a choice, but will have to confirm that.

Thanks!

I guess no one has got the manual as of now , the manuals are yet to arrive at the dealership. I will contact my dealer tomorrow for number plate and manual and will update here.
Tyre pressure of 28/33 is right it is mentioned on the left side of the swing arm you can check it by your self. And for rpm limit i have no idea what the manual says but i think it cuts after 9.5k rpm. My dealership mech told me to keep it below 75kmph for now.
